Jerold Dwight Ellis III, better known by his stage name Yukmouth, is an American rapper. He is the founder of The Regime, Smoke-A-Lot Records and Godzilla Entertainment.
Danyel Robinson, better known by his stage name Dru Down, is an American rapper and actor from Oakland, California. He is currently a member of The Regime, a collective of rappers that includes Yukmouth, Tech N9ne, Messy Marv, BG Bulletwound, Dorasel, Grant Rice, and Tha Realest.

The Regime is an American hip hop collective created by Yukmouth in 1997, and originally included fellow rappers Tech N9ne, Phats Bossi, Madmax, Poppa LQ, Dizzle Don and Govnormatic. Not long after the original formation, Gonzoe of rap group Kausion and Lil Ke also joined. The group is signed to Yukmouth's Smoke-A-Lot Records, and share that label's dragon logo.

Production was handled by Nan Dogg, Dame Grease, Mike D., Mike Dean, Arch Bishop Storm, C. Notes, G-Casso, Joseph "JoJo" Hearne, Mr. Lee and Mr. Mixx, with J. Prince serving as executive producer. The album peaked at number 112 on the Billboard 200 and number 21 on the Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums in the United States.
