Shenandoah is an American country music band founded in Muscle Shoals, Alabama, in 1984 by Marty Raybon, Ralph Ezell, Stan Thorn, Jim Seales, and Mike McGuire. Thorn and Ezell left the band in the mid-1990s, with Rocky Thacker taking over on bass guitar; Keyboardist Stan Munsey joined the line up in 1995, until his departure in 2018. The band split up in 1997 after Raybon left. Seales and McGuire reformed the band in 2000 with lead singer Brent Lamb, who was in turn replaced by Curtis Wright and then by Jimmy Yeary. Ezell rejoined in the early 2000s, and after his 2007 death, he was replaced by Mike Folsom. Raybon returned to the band in 2014. That same year, Jamie Michael replaced the retiring Jim Seales on lead guitar.
Something Special is the thirty-third solo studio album by American singer-songwriter Dolly Parton. It was released on August 22, 1995, by Columbia Records and Blue Eyes records. In addition to seven new Parton compositions, the album includes updated versions of three classics from Parton's repertoire: "Jolene", "The Seeker", and "I Will Always Love You", the latter of which was performed as a duet with Vince Gill. The Gill duet, Parton's third recording of the song, reached number 15 on the Billboard Hot Country Singles & Tracks chart, becoming Parton's highest charting single in four years. Additionally, it was named "Vocal Event of the Year" by the Country Music Association.

"Next to You, Next to Me" was the band's fourth Number One, and all the others except "When You Were Mine" were Top Ten hits. Extra Mile is certified gold by the RIAA.

This album includes the song "Whiskey Lullaby", which was also recorded by Brad Paisley as a duet with Alison Krauss on Paisley's 2003 album Mud on the Tires. Paisley's version was a Top 5 country hit in mid-2004. Singles released from Walking Among the Living include "Baby Won't You Come Home" and "I Shouldn't Do This", neither of which charted.
Sounds Like Life is American country music singer Darryl Worley's fifth studio album. It was released on June 9, 2009 by the Stroudavarious label. The first single "Tequila on Ice" peaked at #44 in 2008, and the second single "Sounds Like Life to Me" became his first Top 40 country hit since "I Just Came Back from a War" in 2007. The song was a Top Ten country hit in 1995, winning a Grammy Award and a Country Music Association award for both acts.

Fire & Brimstone is the fifth studio album by American country rock artist Brantley Gilbert. It was released on October 4, 2019 via Big Machine Records' Valory imprint. The album includes the singles "What Happens in a Small Town", a duet with Canadian country singer Lindsay Ell and "Fire't Up". Fire & Brimstone debuted at number nine on the US Billboard 200 with 36,000 album-equivalent units, of which 28,000 were pure album sales. A deluxe edition of the album featuring the single "Hard Days" was released on October 2, 2020.
