Indonesia competed in the 2017 Asian Winter Games in Sapporo and Obihiro, Japan from 19 to 26 February, supported by Indonesian Olympic Committee & IWSC Indonesia. The country competed in two sports. The Indonesian team consisted of 34 athletes. This was the first time Indonesia take part at the Asian Winter Games.
The 2025 Asian Winter Games (第九届亚洲冬季运动会), officially known as the 9th Asian Winter Games, and commonly known as Harbin 2025 (哈尔滨2025), will be the ninth edition of the Asian Winter Games, a multi-sport event held from 7 to 14 February 2025 in Harbin, Heilongjiang, China. This will be the second time that Harbin will host the event and the third time China has hosted the Asian Winter Games.
