Infestation 2 (stylized in some solicitations as Infes2ation) is a crossover event that was published by IDW Publishing from January to April 2012. Serving as the sequel to Infestation , [1] it consisted of two book-end one-shots, and two-issue limited series from The Transformers , Dungeons & Dragons , Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles , G.I. Joe and 30 Days of Night . [2]

A new threat emerges as Great Old Ones (based on the work of H. P. Lovecraft) break free from their cosmic prison and invade the universes of CVO: Covert Vampiric Operations, The Transformers: Hearts of Steel , Dungeons & Dragons , Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles , G.I. Joe and 30 Days of Night , affecting the fabric of reality. [3]

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (TMNT) is an American comic book series that was published by Mirage Studios between 1984 and 2014. The Image Universe (IU) is a fictional universe in which some of the stories published by Image Comics take place. It was introduced in the early years of the publisher, shared by the various creators who formed the Image partnership. The independent, creator-owned nature of their work led to limited interaction between their characters, and little coordination of the Image Universe as a shared setting, with the primary versions populated by a number of superheroes/villains, including Supreme, Invincible, Omni-Man, Spawn, Angela, the Dragon, Gert, Bomb Queen, and Witchblade, as well as incarnations of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.

Infestation is a comic book crossover published by IDW Publishing, and connecting various of its licensed and original series together. It was published from January to April 2011. It consisted of two book-end one-shots, Infestation #1–2, set in the Zombies vs. Robots and CVO universes, and two-issue limited series from the G.I. Joe, Transformers, Ghostbusters, and Star Trek universes. Also, IDW published a digital-only Pocket God tie-in issue in May 2011 which was included in the hardcover book.

Dreamwave Productions was a Canadian art design studio and comic book publisher founded in 1996. Best known for its comic book adaptations of Transformers, the company shut down on January 4, 2005.
