Innocent is the third Korean EP by South Korean girl group Rainbow. The album was released in South Korea on February 25, 2015 with "Black Swan" as the lead single. It marked their first comeback after a year and eight month of hiatus since 2013's Rainbow Syndrome .

Background

On February 11, Rainbow has revealed their image teaser with the concept that "Elegant". Then on February 15, the group teaser a style film about their album. In the clip, each member is outfitted in a unique all white dress shedding their girl-next-door image for a more mature tone. As previously noted, the girls are taking on a luxurious vibe this time. The video gives off a sultry, feminine aura that is very elegant. [1] The full music video of lead track "Black Swan" was released on February 23. [2]

Promotions

Rainbow began their promotion from Mnet's M! Countdown on February 26, then continued with various music shows.

However, according to DSP Media on March 11 through Rainbow‘s fan café, Rainbow wrapped up their “Black Swan” promotions after just two weeks. The agency said: “With last week’s music show, [Rainbow’s] ‘Black Swan’ promotions have come to an end. Many thanks to all the fans who supported Rainbow’s third mini album, and we’ll work hard to return new and improved. Thank you.”' [3]
The songs were unable to give them a spot in the top 100 and failed to garner significant interest, resulting in the early termination of promotions.

Pink Blossom is the fourth EP by South Korean girl group Apink, released on March 31, 2014. Group leader, Chorong, wrote two songs for the album. The music video for title track "Mr. Chu", composed by Duble Sidekick, was released on March 31 along with the album. The song peaked at number 2 on Billboard's K-Pop Hot 100. Apink won six music show trophies for "Mr. Chu" and the song was the eighth best selling digital song in 2014, according to Gaon's year-end chart. They released the music video for "Crystal" on June 14. Flower Bud is the second extended play (EP) by South Korean girl group GFriend. It was released by Source Music on July 23, 2015 and distributed by KT Music. The album contains four songs, including the single "Me Gustas Tu", and one instrumental track. The album debuted at number six on the Gaon Album Chart and has sold more than 18,000 units. Musically, the album is in the bubblegum pop genre and is similar in style to Korean girl groups of the 1990s. <i>Snowflake</i> (EP) 2016 EP by GFriend

Snowflake is the third extended play (EP) by South Korean girl group GFriend. It was released by Source Music on January 25, 2016 and distributed by LOEN Entertainment. The album contains five songs, including the single "Rough", and two instrumental tracks. The album debuted at number two on the Gaon Album Chart and has sold more than 33,000 units. GFriend promoted the album with a series of televised live performances on South Korea's music shows, winning a total of 15 music show awards and achieving a double-consecutive grandslam in one song. Released on March 17, 2016, by SM Entertainment and distributed by Dreamus, the extended play is the spiritual successor of their first full-length album The Red, which was released in September 2015. In contrast to their vivid and bright "red" image on The Red, The Velvet finds the group embracing their smooth and softer "velvet" image, incorporating mainly the R&B genre. Square Up is the first Korean extended play by South Korean girl group Blackpink, released on June 15, 2018 by YG Entertainment. It is available in two versions and contains four tracks, with "Ddu-Du Ddu-Du" released as the lead single. "Ddu-Du Ddu-Du" peaked at number one in South Korea for three weeks and became the highest-charting song by a female K-pop act in the United States and United Kingdom. The song "Forever Young" was later promoted in Korean music programs and peaked at number two in South Korea.

<i>One-reeler / Act IV</i> 2020 EP by Iz*One

One-reeler / Act IV is the fourth and final extended play by South Korean–Japanese girl group Iz*One. It was released through Off the Record Entertainment on December 7, 2020. The album is available in three versions: Scene #1, Scene #2 and Scene #3, and consists of six tracks including the lead single, "Panorama".
