Integrated Design Associates (IDA) is a Hong Kong-based architectural firm set up in 1999 by its founder and principal, Winston Shu. [1] [2] The company is known for their sustainable, "green" designs, and their main body of work comprises international airports. [3]

<span class="mw-page-title-main">World Architecture Festival</span>

The World Architecture Festival (WAF) is an annual festival and awards ceremony, one of the most prestigious events dedicated to the architecture and development industries. The first four events were held in Barcelona, from 2008 to 2011, at which point the festival moved to Singapore for four years. Since 2016, host cities have included Berlin and Amsterdam. It is the only event where around 550 shortlisted architects present their projects live in crit rooms to a judging panel. One of these projects is awarded the World Building of the Year title. Each year the World Architecture Festival publishes a list of the winners of the awards on their official website.

Their design for the Berlin Tegel Airport was able to win the first prize, thus garnering the company international recognition. Slade Architecture is a New York City based architecture and design firm founded in 2002 by Hayes and James Slade. The firm has completed a diverse range of domestic and international projects. Its work has been exhibited and published widely. The Architectural League of New York selected Slade Architecture as a winner of its 2010 Emerging Voices, an annual invited competition for North American firms and individuals with distinct design voices and significant bodies of realized work. Slade Architecture was selected by the New York City Department of Design & Construction to participate in its Excellence in Design and Construction Program in 2004, 2006, 2009, and 2016.

Sir Terence Farrell, known as Terry Farrell, is a British architect and urban designer. In 1980, after working for 15 years in partnership with Sir Nicholas Grimshaw, Farrell founded his own firm, Farrells. He established his reputation with three completed projects in London in the late 1980s: Embankment Place, 125 London Wall aka Alban Gate and SIS Building aka Vauxhall Cross.

Buildings on which he was lead designer include the supertall Al Hamra Tower in Kuwait City and civic buildings in the United States including two Public Safety Answering Centers in New York City and the United States Census Bureau headquarters and the redesign of the National Museum of American History, both in Washington, D.C.
