The International Sovereigntist League, also known as the Paladins International Sovereigntist League or the International League of Anti-Globalist Paladins, is a far-right political group formed in 2025. [1]

History

The league was founded at an "inaugural conference" held in Saint Petersburg, Russia, on September 12, 2025. [2] The primary organizer and host was Russian oligarch and conservative nationalist Konstantin Malofeev, a figure with close ties to the Russian military intelligence and FSB. [3] It is a coordination platform that brings together far-right, anti-globalist, and nationalist political organizations from approximately 15 to 20 countries across several continents. Participants at the conference numbered multiple groups across 3 continents and included Malofeev himself, French philosopher Alain de Benoist, Eurasian theorist Aleksandr Dugin, Alexander von Bismarck, grandnephew of the chancellor Otto von Bismarck and political activist Alain Soral. [4]

Ideology

The League is a far-right movement with an anti-internationalist and anti-globalist agenda. The League's manifesto reportedly includes defending Christian tradition, opposing immigration and globalization, and contesting the "LGBT movement". [5] . Participants have included groups with explicitly fascist ideologies, such as Spanish Falangists and the French group Les Nationalistes. [6] There is some membership overlap with the partly pro-Russian Alliance for Peace and Freedom European parliament political alliance.

The League appears aimed at fostering closer cooperation between Russian and European far-right movements and promoting a "sovereigntist world order". [7]
