Baron Boston, of Boston in the County of Lincoln, is a title in the Peerage of Great Britain. It was created in 1761 for the court official and former Member of Parliament, Sir William Irby, 2nd Baronet. He had earlier represented Launceston and Bodmin in the House of Commons. He was the son of Edward Irby, Member of Parliament for Boston, who was created a baronet, of Whaplode and Boston in the County of Lincoln, in the Baronetage of England on 13 April 1704. Lord Boston's son, the second Baron, was a Lord of the Bedchamber to both George III and George IV. The title followed the line of his eldest son, the third Baron, until the death of the latter's great-great-grandson, the eighth Baron, in 1972. The late Baron was succeeded by his third cousin once removed, the ninth Baron. He was the great-grandson of Rear-Admiral the Hon. Frederick Paul Irby, second son of the second Baron. Since 2007, the title is held by his grandson, the 11th Baron.

The film premiered in its namesake, Virginia City, Nevada. The film was shot in black and white (sepiatone).

John Laurens Manning Irby was a United States Senator from South Carolina. Born in Laurens, he attended Laurensville Male Academy (Lauren), Princeton College (Princeton, New Jersey in 1870-1871, and the University of Virginia at Charlottesville from 1871 to 1873. He studied law, was admitted to the bar in 1875, commenced practice at Cheraw, and returned to Laurens. He was appointed lieutenant colonel of the South Carolina Militia in 1877 and that year was also intendant of Lauren. He was a member of the South Carolina House of Representatives from 1886 to 1892, serving as speaker in 1890.

The 1898 South Carolina United States Senate special election was January 26, 1898 election to pick the U.S. Senator from the state of South Carolina. The Democratic Party primary election was held on August 31, 1897. Prior to the ratification of the 17th Amendment to the United States Constitution, U.S. Senators were elected by the state legislature and not through the direct election by the people of the state. However, the Democratic Party of South Carolina organized primary elections for the U.S. Senate beginning in 1896 and the General Assembly would confirm the choice of the Democratic voters. Tillmanite Democrat John L. McLaurin won the Democratic primary and was elected by the General Assembly to serve the remainder of the six-year term expiring in 1903.

She was the first African American to graduate from a southern medical school, first black intern in the state of Arkansas, and later first black intern at Baylor College of Medicine. Jones was the first woman president of the National Medical Association. She has been honored by many awards, including induction into both the University of Arkansas College of Medicine Hall of Fame and the inaugural group of women inducted into the Arkansas Women's Hall of Fame.

Irby finished with 12-12 by the end of her Pike high school career in 2017 by sweeping all 3 sprints all 4 years of high school, becoming the first one to ever sweep all 3 sprints all 4 years of high school. Irby owns the Indiana indoor state record in the 60m with a Personal Best of 7.46 (2016) and the 100m outdoor record at 11.41 (2017). Irby's 100m PR is 11.46, 200m PR is 22.66i and in the 400m Irby's PR is 50.62i.

It had a moment magnitude of 5.8 and a maximum Mercalli Intensity of VII. This oblique-slip shock resulted in several injuries and $1 million in damage. The epicenter was near the Oxnard Plain and the northern terminus of the Santa Monica Mountains, in the California South Coast region.
