Isaltino Afonso Morais (born 29 December 1949) is a Portuguese jurist,gastronomic critic and politician. He is the current mayor of Oeiras and former Minister of Cities,Territorial Planning and Environment,between 2002 and 2003. [1]
From April 24,2013,to June 24,2014,he was detained,serving a sentence for crimes of qualified tax fraud and money laundering. [2]
