Kagurazaka Ishikawa is a Michelin 3-star kaiseki restaurant in Shinjuku, Tokyo, Japan. It is owned and operated by chef Hideki Ishikawa. [1] It is a personal favorite of chef David Kinch. [2] [3] [4]
