Islamic Development Coordination Council (Persian : شورای هماهنگی تبلیغات اسلامی) is one of the revolutionary institutions of the Islamic Republic of Iran, [15] [16] [17] which coordinates and coheres for the development activities between the "development-agencies/centers". This council was formed on 3 August 1980 with the consent of Iran's Supreme Leader, [18] Seyyed Ruhollah Khomeini. [19] [20]
The head of this institution who is appointed by the Supreme Leader, has been managed by two chiefs till now; i.e. "Gholam-Hossein Haqqani" was its first head since the start until 1982. [18] Afterwards Ahmad Jannati has been appointed as the new head of the organization, and is still active so far. The main center of the organization is located in the capital of Iran, Tehran. Its other centers are in the capitals of all Iran's provinces; plus it has also centers in other cities. [18]
"Islamic Development Coordination Council [21] [22] [23] coordinates/coheres the development activities between the "development-agencies/centers". The fields of activities of the council are related to "holding (significant) ceremonies and occasions", among:
Sayyed Mohammad Hosseini Beheshti was an Iranian jurist, philosopher, cleric and politician who was known as the second person in the political hierarchy of Iran after the Revolution. Beheshti is considered to have been the primary architect of Iran's post-revolution constitution, as well as the administrative structure of the Islamic republic. Beheshti is also known to have selected and trained several prominent politicians in the Islamic Republic, such as former presidents Hassan Rouhani and Mohammad Khatami, Ali Akbar Velayati, Mohammad Javad Larijani, Ali Fallahian, and Mostafa Pourmohammadi. Beheshti also served as the Secretary General of the Islamic Republic Party, and was the head of the Iranian judicial system. He further served as Chairman of the Council of Islamic Revolution, and the Assembly of Experts. Beheshti earned a PhD in philosophy, and was fluent in English, German and Arabic.
Seyyed Hassan Modarres was an Iranian Twelver Shi'a cleric and a notable supporter of the Iranian Constitutional Revolution. He was among the founding members, along with Abdolhossein Teymourtash, of the reformist party Hezb-e Eslaah-talab, which was formed during the fourth national Majlis of Iran. He has been called "brave and incorruptible" and "perhaps the most fervent mullah supporter of true constitutional government."

Sayyid Ahmad Khomeini was the younger son of Ayatollah Ruhollah Khomeini and father of Hassan Khomeini. He was the "right-hand" of his father before, during and after the Iranian Revolution. He was a link between Ruhollah Khomeini and officials and people. He had several decision-making positions.
The Execution of Imam Khomeini's Order (EIKO), also known as the Executive Headquarters of Imam's Directive or simply Setad, is a parastatal organization in the Islamic Republic of Iran, under direct control of the Supreme Leader of Iran. It was created from thousands of properties confiscated in the aftermath of the 1979 Islamic Revolution. A Reuters investigation found that the organization built "its empire on the systematic seizure of thousands of properties belonging to ordinary Iranians", also seizing property from members of religious minorities, business people and Iranians living abroad; at times falsely claiming that the properties were abandoned.
Yousef Kolahdouz was an Iranian general during the Iran-Iraq War. He is also counted as one of the founders of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps. He became deputy commander of what was then known as the "Iranian Revolutionary Guards" shortly after the Iranian Revolution.
The Fajr decade is a ten-day celebration of Ruhollah Khomeini's return to Iran in 1979. The annual celebration is held between 1 and 11 February. Its beginning coincides with the date of Khomeini's arrival and ending with the Iranian Revolution; a day called the Anniversary of the Iranian Revolution, Islamic Revolution's Victory Day, or 22 of Bahman.
Homafaran Allegiance is a historical photo that was captured by Abdol-Hussein Partovi on 7 February 1979 at the Alavi School, Ruhollah Khomeini's residence after he returned from exile in France. The Iran Fajr International in badminton is an international open held in Tehran, Iran and a part of the Fajr decade festival. This tournament is one of the oldest tournament in the Western Asia which was formerly known as Ten Days of Dawn in commemoration of the 1979 Islamic Revolution, a ten-day celebration of Ruhollah Khomeini's return to Iran.

Seyyed Ali Shafiei is an Iranian Twelver Shia scholar, who is a member of Assembly of Experts from Khuzestan province. He is a/the son of Seyyed Mohammad Reza (Shafiei) who was from the known Islamic scholars of Khuzestan. Seyyed Ali Shafiei commenced his educations from Maktabkhaneh (Kuttab), and began to peruse Quran and Islamic issues. Afterwards, he entered a new school. Later on, he went to educate Hawzah lessons in the city of Ahwaz. Then, Seyyed-Ali departed to the Seminary of Najaf, in Iraq. After Najaf, he came back to Ahwaz; and was appointed as a/the Imam of Jama'ah in Ahwaz, and commenced to promote Islamic rulings.

Mohammad Hassan Rahimian is an Iranian Twelver Shia cleric, who has been appointed as the trusteeship of Jamkaran Mosque since 2013 till now --by the decree of supreme leader of Iran, Seyyed Ali Khamenei. Rahimian is the head of the Central-Council of Popular Front of Islamic Revolution Forces, and the administrative board of the Front of Islamic Revolution Stability.
Shabib Jovijari is one of the former representatives of Ahwaz in the Islamic Consultative Assembly and is a member of the "National Security and Foreign Policy Commission" in the Majlis. Jovijari who is among the Iranian Arabs, was also the representative of the people of Ahvaz, Bavi, Hamidiyeh and Karun in the seventh and eighth terms of the Islamic Consultative Assembly.

Sheikh Ahmad Mohseni Garakani Persian: شیخ احمد محسنی گرکانی, is an Iranian Ayatollah. He was the Imam of Friday Prayer in Tuyserkan and the Chief of the Supreme Court of Iran, as well as representing the people of Markazi province in the Assembly of Experts from 1998 to 2024.
