Iwona Okrzesik (born 22 June 1972) is a Polish archer. She competed in the women's individual and team events at the 1992 Summer Olympics. [1]

FreezeDried was a polka band from Chicago that brought Polish push-style polkas to the polka and non-polka fan. They were known throughout the field to be on the cutting edge of polka music. FreezeDried mixed polkas with other music styles such as Latin music, zydeco, gospel music, dixieland music and rock music. Their efforts have inspired other traditional polka bands to be more creative in their approach to new material, musical arrangements and showmanship. FreezeDried did not stop at their quest for musical diversity. In 2006, FreezeDried continued to progress in the vocal area by adding a female vocal trio. Affectionately known as "The Icicles", the singers bring flavors of motown and soul to the FreezeDried sound. The band broke up, however, in 2020.

Iwona Nina Matkowska-Sadowska is a Polish freestyle wrestler. She competed in the freestyle 48 kg event at the 2012 Summer Olympics; after beating Patricia Bermúdez in the qualifications and Davaasükhiin Otgontsetseg in the 1/8 finals, she was defeated by Mariya Stadnik in the quarterfinals and eliminated by Clarissa Chun in the repechage round. In June 2015, she competed in the inaugural European Games, for Poland in wrestling, more specifically, Women's Freestyle in the 48 kilogram range. She earned a bronze medal.
Zuzanna Mazurek is a Polish swimmer, who specialized in backstroke events. She represented her nation Poland, as a 17-year-old, at the 2008 Summer Olympics, and has claimed multiple Polish records in both 100 and 200 m backstroke, which were eventually broken by Alicja Tchorz in the succeeding decade. Mazurek also swam as a member of UKP Fala Kraśnik, under the tutelage of her coach Sławomir Pliszká.
