Career

His coaching experiences include stints as head coach of Malaysia women's national football team, [3] [4] [5] [6] [7] [8] ATM FA, Perak Jenderata, UPB-MyTeam FC as youth coach, Muar Municipal Council FC, [9] [10] and MISC-MIFA. [11] [12]

In October 2023, Joseph signed with Indian I-League club NEROCA as head coach ahead of the 2023–24 league season. [13]

The team formerly known PKNP FC was then converted into a reserve team as part of the feeder club regulations and will begin the 2020 season as a reserve team of Perak FC. and will play in MFL Cup, holding home games at Manjung Stadium.
