Krishnankoil Venkadachalam Mahadevan was an Indian composer, singer-songwriter, music producer, and musician who won the inaugural National Film Award for Best Music Direction in (1967) for Kandan Karunai. Known for his works in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, and Kannada films. He is best known for his contributions in works such as Manchi Manasulu (1962), Lava Kusa (1963), Thiruvilaiyadal (1965), Saraswathi Sabatham (1966), Kandan Karunai (1967), Thillana Mohanambal (1968), Adimai Penn (1969), Balaraju Katha (1970), Athiparasakthi (1971), Sankarabharanam (1979), Saptapadi (1981), Sirivennela (1986), Sruthilayalu (1987), Sutradharulu (1989), Pelli Pustakam (1991), and Swathi Kiranam (1992).

Kalyanam Raghuramaiah (1901–1975), popularly known as Eelapata Raghuramaiah, was an Indian actor, and thespian known for his works in Telugu cinema, and Telugu theatre. A recipient of the Sangeet Natak Akademi Award, and the Padmashri, He was known for the roles of Krishna or Dushyantha, Bhavanisankar, Narada etc. He performed those roles for about 60 years. He indulged in elaborate raga alapana, based on different ragas while rendering padyams.
Jaganmohini is a 1978 Telugu-language drama film produced and directed by B. Vittalacharya. The movie was a remake of the 1951 Kannada movie Jaganmohini. The film stars Narasimha Raju, Prabha and Jayamalini. The film was dubbed in Tamil. Jaganmohini became a major hit and even performed better than the films of big stars. The movie had the best visual effects according to Indian standards at that time.

Kondapalli Raja is a 1993 Indian Telugu-language action drama film directed by Ravi Raja Pinisetty and produced by K. V. V. Satyanarayana under Saudhamini Creations. It stars Venkatesh, Nagma and Suman, with music composed by M. M. Keeravani. The film is a remake of the 1987 Hindi movie Khudgarz which in turn was based on Jeffrey Archer's 1979 novel Kane and Abel. This was the second Telugu remake of Khudgarz after Prana Snehithulu (1988). The film was a super hit at the box office.

Stunt masters and actors like Rocky Rajesh, Thalapathy Dinesh, Ponnambalam, Ram Laxman, Kundrathur Babu, Indian Baskar, Rajasekhar, Dhilip Subbarayan, Thavasiraj, and Dinesh Subbarayan have worked as fighters and assistants to him. His sons, Dhilip Subbarayan and Dinesh Subbarayan, are also leading stunt masters. He has won four Tamil Nadu State Film Award for Best Stunt Coordinator.
Thirupathisamy was an Indian film director, known for his works in Telugu cinema and Tamil cinema. After making his debut in 1998 with the successful Ganesh, he has gone on to make other box office hits including Azad and Narasimha. He died in a car accident in Chennai in June 2001 at the age of 32.
Nila (transl. Moon) is a 1994 Indian Tamil-language romance film directed by Nambirajan. The film stars Jayaram and Vineetha, with an ensemble supporting cast including Yuvarani, Goundamani, Senthil, Gandhimathi, Vijayakumar, Manjula Vijayakumar and Prakash Raj. It was released on 24 November 1994. The film was remade in Telugu as Maa Ayana Bangaram (1997).
Ulta Palta is a 1998 Indian Telugu-language comedy film produced by P. Balaram under the Sri Anupama Productions banner and directed by Relangi Narasimha Rao. It stars Rajendra Prasad, Srikanya, Reshma, Raksha and music composed by M. M. Srilekha. The film is a remake of the Kannada film of the same name (1997). Unlike the Kannada original, the Telugu version failed at box-office.
Aada Brathuku is a 1965 Indian Telugu-language drama film, produced by S. S. Vasan of Gemini Studios and directed by Vedantam Raghavayya. It stars N. T. Rama Rao, Kantha Rao and Devika, with the music composed by the duo Viswanathan–Ramamoorthy. The duo parted ways later, making this their last joint appearance in a Telugu film. The film is a remake of the studio's own Hindi film Zindagi (1964).
