Johannes Clemens Maria "Jan" van der Horst (born 1 September 1948) is a retired Dutch rower who won a bronze medal in the coxless pairs at the 1975 World Rowing Championships, together with Willem Boeschoten. [1] They competed in this event at the 1976 Summer Olympics and finished in tenth place. [2] [3]

Jan van de Graaff is a retired Dutch rower. He won the world title in the coxed pair at the 1966 World Rowing Championships and a bronze medal in the coxed fours at the 1964 Summer Olympics. The 1962 World Rowing Championships were the inaugural world championships in rowing. The competition was held in September 1962 on the Rotsee in Lucerne, Switzerland. Rowers from West Germany dominated the competition, winning five of the seven boat classes.

Hendrika Anna Maria "Ria" van der Horst is a former Dutch backstroke swimmer who participated in the 1948 and 1952 Summer Olympics. In 1948, she was fifth in 100 m backstroke, and in 1952 she was disqualified for an incorrect turn. She won the gold medal in the same event at the 1950 European Aquatics Championships.

Willem Cornelis Boeschoten is a retired Dutch rower who won a bronze medal in the coxless pairs at the 1975 World Rowing Championships, together with Jan van der Horst. They competed in this event at the 1976 Summer Olympics and finished in tenth place.

Johannes Albertinus van der Vegte was a Dutch rower. He competed at the 1920 Summer Olympics in Antwerp with the men's eight where they were eliminated in round one. During WWII, he was a prisoner of war and died in the Japanese camp Soengei Sengkol in Medan, Indonesia on 15 March 1945.
