Jana Mlakar (born 11 May 1962) is a Slovenian cross-country skier. She competed in three events at the 1984 Winter Olympics, representing Yugoslavia. [1]

In December 1980, she won an Alpine Skiing World Cup downhill in Altenmarkt, becoming the first east European skier to win a World Cup race. Her best performance at the Olympics was a fifth place in the downhill in 1984.
