Jarret John "JJ" Thomas (born April 6, 1981) is an American snowboard coach and former professional competitor for the US half pipe team.

At the 2002 Winter Olympics in Salt Lake City, he won bronze in the halfpipe event.

Thomas Müller is a former West German nordic combined skier who competed during the 1980s and early 1990s. He won the Nordic combined 3 x 10 km team event at the 1988 Winter Olympics in Calgary and also won gold medals in the 3 x 10 km team events at the FIS Nordic World Ski Championships in both 1985 and 1987.

Sirkka Tellervo "Telle" Polkunen, was a Finnish cross-country skier who competed at the 1952 and 1956 Olympics. She won a gold medal in the 3 × 5 km relay in 1956 and placed fifth and eighth in the individual 10 km event in 1952 and 1956, respectively. Polkunen also won a silver medal in the 3 × 5 km relay at the 1954 FIS Nordic World Ski Championships and finished sixth in the 10 km at those championships.

Zinaida Stepanovna Amosova is a former Soviet cross-country skier who competed from 1976 to 1983, training at the Armed Forces sports society in Novosibirsk. She won a gold medal in the 4 × 5 km relay at the 1976 Winter Olympics in Innsbruck.
