Saqlain Mushtaq is a Pakistani cricket coach and former international cricketer who was the head coach of the Pakistani national cricket team between 2021 and 2022. He is best known for pioneering the "doosra",a leg break delivery bowled with an off break action. He was the fastest to reach the milestones of 200 and 250 wickets in ODIs. Mushtaq made history when he became the first Pakistani to take a hat-trick at a Cricket World Cup,which he did against Zimbabwe during the 1999 tournament.

Wasim Akram HI is a Pakistani cricket commentator,coach,and former cricketer and captain of the Pakistan national cricket team. Akram is regarded as one of the greatest fast bowlers of all time,as well as one of the greatest left-arm fast bowlers in cricket history. He is often revered as The Sultan of Swing. In October 2013,Wasim Akram was the only Pakistani cricketer to be named in an all-time Test World XI to mark the 150th anniversary of Wisden Cricketers' Almanack. As captain,he led Pakistan to the finals of the 1999 Cricket World Cup,where they lost to Australia by 8 wickets.
Brett Lee is an Australian former international cricketer,who played all three formats of the game. During his international career,Lee was recognised as one of the fastest bowlers in the world. With his time representing Australia,Lee won multiple ICC titles with the team:the 2003 Cricket World Cup,the 2007 Cricket World Cup,the 2006 ICC Champions Trophy,and the 2009 ICC Champions Trophy. Lee was the first bowler to take a hat-trick in the T20 format of the game which he did in 2007 ICC World Twenty20 in the inaugural tournament against Bangladesh,subsequently being the first bowler to do so at an ICC Men's T20 World Cup. Lee was also the first Australian bowler to take a hat-trick at a Cricket World Cup which he did in the 2003 Cricket World Cup Super Match game against Kenya.
Timothy Alan Munton is an English cricketer. He had a long career in county cricket,playing over 500 games combined between first-class and List A,primarily with Warwickshire before ending his career at Derbyshire. He also played two Test matches for England in the 1992 series against Pakistan,and went on a number of England A tours. A medium pace bowler and lower order batsman,cricket writer Colin Bateman stated,"at 6ft 6in,with an ability to make the ball swing,Munton is at his best in English conditions". His time at Warwickshire was a particularly successful one for the club,winning 6 trophies between 1993 and 1995;as a crucial part of that side,Munton was honoured as one of the five Wisden Cricketers of the Year in 1995.
Christopher Timothy Tremlett is a former English cricketer who played international cricket for England and domestically for Hampshire and Surrey. He was a 6 feet 7 inches (2.01 m) tall fast-medium bowler able to extract bounce on most surfaces. Tremlett started his playing career with Hampshire in 2000 and was awarded his county cap in 2004. He made his One Day International debut in 2005,and two years later played his first Test. Tremlett played three Tests in 2007 before injury interrupted.
Jerome Everton Taylor is a Jamaican cricketer who has played as a fast bowler for the West Indies. Taylor eventually picked up 100 wickets for the Windies in both tests and odis. During 2017 he reversed an initial decision to retire from international cricket. Taylor has also featured for Jamaica,English sides Somerset,Leicestershire and Sussex,CPL teams St Lucia Zouks and Jamaica Tallawahs and IPL sides Pune Warriors and Mumbai Indians in his cricketing career. Taylor was a member of the West Indies team that won the 2016 T20 World Cup. He is the only bowler to have ever taken a hat-trick in a Champions Trophy match,which he did in the 2006 tournament against Australia,and that was the first hat-trick taken by a West Indian bowler in the ODI format.
Ryan Jay Sidebottom is a former England international cricketer who played domestic cricket for Yorkshire and Nottinghamshire and retired in 2017,after taking more than 1,000 career wickets. He is the only player in the last 15 years to win 5 county championships and also won the 2010 ICC World Twenty20 with England.
Alan Melville was a South African cricketer who played in 11 Tests from 1938 to 1949. He was born in Carnarvon,Northern Cape,South Africa and died at Sabie,Transvaal.
Moeen Munir Ali is an English cricketer who serves as vice-captain for England in limited overs cricket. He played Test cricket for England between 2014 and 2023,when he became only the 16th person to hit 3,000 runs and take 200 wickets in Tests. In domestic cricket he represents Warwickshire,having previously played for Worcestershire. He has also played in multiple Twenty20 leagues,including for Royal Challengers Bangalore and Chennai Super Kings in the Indian Premier League.
Adrian Dimitri Mascarenhas is a former English cricketer. A right-handed batsman and right-arm medium-fast bowler,he played internationally for England,as well as domestically for Hampshire. He holds the record for most runs in an over in a One Day International for England,with 30,scored off Yuvraj Singh of India on 5 September 2007. He was the bowling coach for both Otago Volts and the New Zealand national cricket team. He stood down after the 2016 summer for family reasons,which coincided with the retirements of the McCullum Brothers.
Luke James Wright is an English former cricketer. He was a right-handed batsman and a right-arm medium bowler. Wright joined Sussex in 2004,having started his career at Leicestershire. He was named in England's squad for the Under-19 World Cup in 2004,and joined the International Twenty20 squad for the 2007 Twenty20 World Championship in September 2007. He made his One Day International debut on 5 September 2007 against India. In November 2022,he became a selector for the England men's team,announcing his retirement from playing at the same time. Wright was a member of the England team that won the 2010 ICC World Twenty20.
Alan Stanley Myles Oakman was an English first-class cricketer. He had a long career for Sussex,playing 538 first-class matches over a 21-year period,and played two Test matches for England. He also umpired one One Day International after his retirement as a player.
Graham Richard Napier is an English former cricketer. He was a right-handed batsman and a right-arm fast bowler,and was capable of bowling 90+mph. Napier played first-class cricket for his home county of Essex since the outset of his senior career in 1997. Between 1997 and 1999 Napier played in four Youth Test matches in England against Zimbabwe,South Africa (twice) and Australia's respective under-19 teams. He was also a member of the 1998 Under-19 Cricket World Cup winning squad. Napier was on the books of Ipswich Town as a goalkeeper and played for a season on loan at Felixstowe Town. He retired at the end of the 2016 season.
In cricket,a hat-trick occurs when a bowler takes three wickets with consecutive deliveries. The deliveries may be interrupted by an over bowled by another bowler from the other end of the pitch or the other team's innings,but must be three consecutive deliveries by the individual bowler in the same match. Only wickets attributed to the bowler count towards a hat-trick;run outs do not count,although they can contribute towards a so-called team hat-trick,which is ostensibly a normal hat-trick except that the three successive deliveries can be wickets from any bowler in the team and with any mode of dismissal.
Adrian Nicholas Jones is a former cricketer who played first-class and List A cricket for Sussex and Somerset in the English game from 1981 to 1993 and for Border cricket team in South Africa in 1981/82. He was born at Woking,Surrey and educated at Seaford College in Sussex.
Mark Jeffrey Gronow Davis is a South African former cricketer active from 1990 to 2005. He was club coach of Sussex until he left by mutual agreement in October 2017. During his playing career,he played domestic cricket for Northern Transvaal,MCC,and Sussex,as well as making appearances for South Africa A and South Africa U-24s.
Keith Robert Dollery was an Australian cricketer who played first-class cricket for Queensland and Tasmania in his native country,for Auckland in New Zealand,and,most successfully,for Warwickshire in England between 1951 and 1956. He was born in Cooroy,Queensland and died at Gerringong,New South Wales. He was no relation to Tom Dollery,his captain at Warwickshire.
