Jel (ジェル, Jeru, born July 28, 1996) is a Japanese singer and live streamer. He is a member of the J-pop group Strawberry Prince.

Biography

Jel was recruited by Nanamori to join Strawberry Prince in mid-2016. [1] On February 24, 2021, he released his first solo album, Believe. It placed third on the Oricon weekly album ranking [2] and second on the Oricon daily album ranking. [3]

In August 2022, Jel announced that he would be going on hiatus following a concert later that month due to depression. [4] He returned to Strawberry Prince on January 27, 2024. [5]

Rainbow-Colored History is a digital-exclusive extended play (EP) by J-pop group Strawberry Prince, released on July 31, 2023, to celebrate the group's seventh anniversary. The EP is opened by the titular track "Rainbow-Colored History", which lyrically expresses gratitude to fans. The track list consists of theme songs recorded by Strawberry Prince for different projects, songs from their Here We Go!! tour in early 2023, and new tracks. The EP was primarily composed and written by group member Root and features guest appearances from TeddyLoid and HoneyWorks.
