Micheal "Sugar" Ray Richardson is an American former professional basketball player and head coach. He played college basketball for the Montana Grizzlies. The No. 4 overall pick in the 1978 NBA draft, Richardson played in the National Basketball Association (NBA) for eight years with the New York Knicks, Golden State Warriors and New Jersey Nets. He was a four-time NBA All-Star, and led the league in steals in three seasons. He later became a head coach in the Continental Basketball Association (CBA) and National Basketball League of Canada.

Daniel Matthew Langhi is an American former professional basketball player. Born in Chicago, Illinois, he was raised in the small western Kentucky town of Benton. In addition to his high school basketball career, where he finish as the runner-up for Kentucky's prestigious "Mr. Basketball" award, Langhi won regional titles as a member of Marshall County's soccer teams. After growing six inches during his sophomore year of high school, he joined is other brother Bob Langhi in playing college basketball, signing to play college basketball at Vanderbilt, and was drafted 31st overall by the Dallas Mavericks in the second round of the 2000 NBA draft. Langhi played for the Houston Rockets, the Phoenix Suns, the Golden State Warriors and the Milwaukee Bucks in the NBA.
Michael Anthony Sanders is an American retired professional basketball player who played primarily as a small forward. He was drafted by the Kansas City Kings in the 4th round and was the 74th overall pick in the1982 NBA Draft. He is a former assistant coach for the Utah Jazz of the National Basketball Association (NBA). Prior to being an assistant coach for Tyrone Corbin, Sanders was the team's director of player development.
Andre M. Moore, is an American-Australian former professional basketball player. As a 6 ft 9 in (205 cm) power forward, he played in the National Basketball Association (NBA) for both the Milwaukee Bucks and the Denver Nuggets during the 1987–88 season. He also played in Australia for the Brisbane Bullets, Hobart Devils and Cairns Taipans.

Charles "Charlie Red" Hardnett was an American basketball player who played three seasons in the National Basketball Association (NBA). The 6' 8" power forward played for Carver High School Atlanta. He played college basketball for Grambling State University from 1959 to 1963. Hardnett earned All-America honors in 1962. He was also the NAIA Basketball Tournament MVP in 1961. Hardnett was drafted in the third round of the 1962 NBA draft by the St. Louis Hawks. He played for the Chicago Zephyrs / Baltimore Bullets (NBA) from 1962 to 1965. Hardnett also coached at the college level. He coached at Coppin State College (Baltimore) from 1970 to 1974, and at Morris Brown College (Atlanta) from 1974 to 1980.
Leonard White is an American former professional basketball player. He is listed at 6'7" and weighed 224 lbs. Born in Century, Florida, White started playing collegiate ball with the Faulkner State Community College (1989–1991) and is still the all-time leading scorer of the Sun Chiefs with a 22.7 ppg average. He later transferred to Southern University (1991–1993) and led the Jaguars in scoring his last two years there. White entered the 1993 NBA draft and was picked 53rd in the second round by the Los Angeles Clippers; however, he was not signed and never got to play in the NBA. He played a few games in the French professional league in Pau Orthez but it is in the CBA where White will be making his mark in his professional basketball career as one of the league leaders in statistics for games played, minutes played, scoring, rebounds and steals. White has played for the San Diego Wildcards, Grand Rapids Hoops, Rockford Lightning, Sioux Falls Skyforce and Yakama Sun Kings, where he helped them win back-to-back CBA championships. He has also taken his game to the USBL with the Pennsylvania ValleyDawgs, the IBL with the Tacoma Jazz and overseas notably in Venezuela. In the off-season, White coaches high school basketball in Florida.
Marcus James Kennedy is an American former professional basketball player. He was a second round NBA draft pick and played professionally in several countries.
Kenny Sykes is an American high school basketball coach who is best known for his collegiate career at Grambling State University between 1992 and 1995. Sykes, a 6'4" shooting guard, was the Southwestern Athletic Conference (SWAC) Newcomer of the Year and a second team all-conference selection as a sophomore in 1992–93. He averaged 23.9 points, 5 rebounds, 3.4 assists and 2.1 steals per game that year. In Sykes' junior season he was once again named to the all-conference second team, this time behind averages of 21 points, 3.8 rebounds, 3.1 assists and 1.8 steals. In 1994–95, his senior year, Sykes averaged a conference-leading 26.3 points per game as well as 4.1 rebounds and 3.1 assists. He was named the SWAC Player of the Year, becoming just the second player from Grambling State to earn the honor.

Anthony Lavell Reed is an American former professional basketball player. After playing high school basketball in his native state of Louisiana, Reed played college basketball at Tulane, being named the Metro Conference Freshman of the Year and gaining all-conference selections in each of his 4 seasons. He ended his career at Tulane as the all-time leading scorer with 1,896 total points and as the 4th best rebounder in program history with 871 total rebounds. Reed was selected in the second round of the 1993 NBA draft by the Chicago Bulls but was waived before the start of the NBA season, and he moved to Europe where he played in Croatia, Italy, Spain, Slovenia and Cyprus. He also played in Venezuela and ended his career in 1999 after one season in Japan. In 2015 he was inducted in the Louisiana Basketball Hall of Fame.
Lucius Cecil Davis is an American former professional basketball player who played the forward position. He played for the Isuzu GigaCats in Japan, and for Maccabi Rishon LeZion in the Israeli Basketball Premier League. He was the top scorer in the 2004 Israel Basketball Premier League.
