Jeriq (born Jeremiah Chukwuebuka Ani; 6 May 1999) is Nigerian hottest independent rapper and songwriter. [1] [2]
Jeriq was born in Nkpor, Anambra State. He attended the College of the Immaculate Conception in Enugu State for his secondary education, and proceeded to Enugu State University of Science and Technology, where he obtained his first degree. Jeriq released his single debut entitled "Iyoo". [2]
In 2020 he released "No More Nleka", with support from Zoro, and then released a six-track EP, "Hood Boy Dreams". Jeriq featured Phyno in the remix of "Remember", a track from the EP. [3] [4]
In 2021, he collaborated with Dremo on an EP, "Ea$t N We$t" and on December of that year, contributed to DJ Neptune's "Cash". In May 2022, he released his debut album, Billion Dollar Dream. [5]
