Jessica Todd Harper (born 1975) is an American fine-art photographer. She was born in Albany, New York in 1975.
Harper holds a B.A. in art history from Bryn Mawr College and an M.F.A. in photography from Rochester Institute of Technology. [1]
Her photographs have been featured in Photo District News; Camera Austria; Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung; Newsweek; and O, The Oprah Magazine. Exhibits include The International Museum of Photography, George Eastman House, Rochester, NY; The Museum of Fine Arts, Houston; the Allentown Art Museum; the Woodmere Art Museum in Philadelphia; Blue Sky Gallery in Portland; Paul Kopeikin Gallery in L.A.; Cohen Amador Gallery in New York; The Photographic Center Northwest in Seattle; and The Photographic Resource Center in Boston. [1] Harper is a recent project competition winner at Center (formally the Santa Fe Center for Photography) and selected artist of "PDN's 30: Our Choice of Emerging Photographers to Watch." Harper teaches at Swarthmore College.
She was a finalist for Smithsonian Institution's National Portrait Gallery 2016 Outwin Boochever Portrait Competition. [2]
Her work is included in the collections of the Museum of Fine Arts Houston, [3] the George Eastman Museum [4] and the International Center of Photography, New York.
Her work is also part of the Kinship exhibition at the National Portrait Gallery-Smithsonian Institution, Washington DC,

Thomas John Shillea, is an American artist, who specializes in painting and photography. He is known for using 19th century printing techniques. He began drawing at the age of two and throughout his childhood made thousands of photorealistic drawings. Shillea earned a BS in Art Education from Kutztown University. He then taught high school art and later earned an MFA degree at the Rochester Institute of Technology.
Siri Kaur is an artist/photographer who lives and works in Los Angeles, where she also serves as associate professor at Otis College of Art and Design. She received an MFA in photography from California Institute of the Arts in 2007, an MA in Italian studies in 2001 from Smith College/Universita’ di Firenze, Florence, Italy, and BA in comparative literature from Smith College in 1998. Kaur was the recipient of the Portland Museum of Art Biennial Purchase Prize in 2011. She regularly exhibits and has had solo shows at Blythe Projects and USC's 3001 galleries in Los Angeles, and group shows at the Torrance Museum of Art, California Institute of Technology, and UCLA’s Wight Biennial. Her work has been reviewed in Artforum, art ltd., The L.A. Times, and The Washington Post, and is housed in the permanent collections of the National Gallery in Washington, D.C., and the University of Maine.
Lucy Fradkin is an American self-taught artist from New York who paints portraits which often include collage elements. She is inspired by Persian and Indian miniature paintings with bright palettes and flattened space as well as the ancient frescoes and mosaics of Etruria, Rome, and Byzantium. In addition, she visited the Brooklyn Museum as a young artist with her mother and was inspired by The Dinner Party by Judy Chicago, as a prominent piece of art by a living woman artist.
Joel Daniel Phillips is an American artist best known for his realist life-size portraits, particularly of San Francisco, California residents that highlight disenfranchised segments of the population.
Cig Harvey is a British fine art photographer known for her surreal images of nature and family. Her work has been compared to René Magritte and has been described as revealing "the mysticism in the mundane." Harvey's work has been exhibited internationally and is included in the collections of The Museum of Fine Arts, Houston and Farnsworth Art Museum.

Amy Sherald is an American painter. She works mostly as a portraitist depicting African Americans in everyday settings. Her style is simplified realism, involving staged photographs of her subjects. Jeannette Klute was an American photographer who helped develop the Dye-transfer process at the Eastman Kodak Company and is credited with demonstrating the artistic possibilities of color photography. Klute also paved the way for women to work in the photography industry.

Luis Álvarez Roure is a Puerto Rican realist painter based in New Jersey. He is known for his figure paintings as well as his portraits of American public figures such as Philip Glass, Joshua Bell, Paul Volcker, Cándido Camero, Monsignor William Linder, and Octavio Vázquez. His strengths have been described as "his draftsmanship (...) taken directly from the paintings of past masters" and "the empathy he so evidently feels with his sitters" by Peter Trippi, editor-in-chief of Fine Art Connoisseur Magazine.
