Underoath is an American rock band from Tampa, Florida. It was founded by lead vocalist Dallas Taylor and guitarist Luke Morton in 1997 in Ocala, Florida; subsequently, its additional members were from Tampa, including drummer, clean vocalist and last remaining core member Aaron Gillespie. The band's current lineup consists of Gillespie, keyboardist Christopher Dudley, lead guitarist Timothy McTague, bassist Grant Brandell, and lead vocalist Spencer Chamberlain. Originally, the band identified as a Christian group; they have since distanced themselves from Christianity.

Becoming the Archetype is an American heavy metal band formed in Atlanta, Georgia, in 1999. They have released six albums on Solid State Records. The band was part of the new wave of American heavy metal. After 2012's I Am, the band went on an indefinite hiatus. In 2022, however, the band reunited with the lineup of Jason Wisdom, Seth Hecox, and Brent “Duck” Duckett.
No Innocent Victim, or N.I.V., is a Christian hardcore punk band on Facedown Records. The band was formed in 1992 in San Diego, California. They released two albums, and then toured with Agnostic Front. In 1998 they signed to Victory Records and recorded the album Flesh and Blood. Many tours followed in the United States, Europe and Japan with bands like Agnostic Front, U.S. Bombs, Terror, Hatebreed, P.O.D., and Madball.
xDISCIPLEx A.D. was a straight edge Christian hardcore band from Erie, Pennsylvania.
Dallas Taliaferro Taylor is an American musician who is the vocalist for the heavy metal band Maylene and the Sons of Disaster. He is the former vocalist and founder of Underoath, performing on three albums, Act of Depression, Cries of the Past and The Changing of Times, before leaving the band in 2003.
Ace Augustine was an American metalcore band from Lancaster, Pennsylvania. The band started making music in 2008, and their membership throughout their tenure has been vocalists, Kyle Irwin, Ben Moser, and Ryan Feister, guitarists, Brian Fellenbaum, Tyler Chadwick, Alex Bolton, and Spencer Barnett, bassist, Cody Owen, drummers, Doug Fellenbaum and Josh Hess, and keyboardist, Brandon Klinger. The band released an independently made extended play, The Glory of Trumpets, in 2009. Their first studio album, The Absolute, was released by Strike First Records, in 2011. Call to Preserve was an American Christian and straight edge crossover thrash band who played a fusion hardcore punk and metalcore. They come from Rockledge, Florida. The band started making music in 2003, and disbanded in 2011. Their membership was vocalist, John Ellis, guitarists, Duke Ahrens, Matt Aviles, and Harbor Partin, bass guitarist, Kyle Bowen, and drummer, Mike Aviles. The band released one independently made extended play, Call to Preserve, in 2003. Their first studio album, Unsinkable, was released by Strike First Records, in 2006. The subsequent studio album, From Isolation, was released by Facedown Records, in 2008. They released, Life of Defiance, with Facedown Records, in 2010, and this was final studio album. Their last release, an extended play, Validation, was released by Facedown Records, in 2011, marking this as their final musical recording.

We the Gathered is an American Christian hardcore, classified as a melodic hardcore and a melodic metalcore group, from Johnstown, Pennsylvania. The band started making music in 2010, and their members at the time are Lance, Randy, Kyle, Josh, and Spencer. They released, an extended play, We the Gathered, in 2010. Their first studio album, Believer, was released by Strike First Records, in 2011. The subsequent album, Daydreamers, was an independent release, in 2013.
Kingston Falls were an American Christian hardcore band, and they primarily played hardcore punk and metalcore. They were from Goshen, Indiana, where they formed in 2003 and disbanded in 2009. The primary members of the band were John Busenbark (vocals), Brent Zebell (Drums), Josiah Gaut (Guitar), Josh Battles (Guitar), and Jason Gough (Bass). They released three independently made extended plays; Seasons of Despair (2003), Kingston Falls (2004), and Crusader (2005). Their first studio album, The Crescendo of Sirens, was released by Strike First Records, in 2006. The subsequent and last studio album, Armada on Mercury, was released by Facedown Records, in 2008.
Through Solace is a Welsh Christian hardcore and Christian metal band, and they primarily play hardcore punk, metalcore, post-hardcore, and post-metal. They come from Wales, United Kingdom. The band started making music in 2005, while they disbanded in 2010, and their members were Rohan Bishop, Robert Milligan, Luke Nicholas, Kevin Williams, Kingsley Davis, and Sean Fletcher. Their first two releases, extended plays, Through Solace in 2006, and, The Stand in 2008, were independently released by the band. The band released, a studio album, The World on Standby, in 2009 with Strike First Records.

Freeslave was an English Christian alternative rock band from Hampshire, England, formed in 2003 and disbanded in 2007, with the lead vocalist, Haydon Spenceley. The band released one studio album, Songs for the Dying (2005), and three extended plays, Project Freedom (2003), Remember the Day (2004) and Save My Day (2006).
