Born in San Diego, California, Tafolla is the son of Rosie Hamlin and Noah Tafolla, the singer and guitarist respectively of Rosie and the Originals, who recorded the hit single "Angel Baby". [2] A member of the heavy metal band Jag Panzer from 1981 to 1985, Tafolla has rejoined the band several times over the years for albums and live concerts. [3]
He joined Mike Varney's Shrapnel Records label soon after leaving the band and released his debut album Out of the Sun in 1987, which included Tony MacAlpine, Paul Gilbert and Wally Voss. [3] His second release in 1991, Infra-Blue , [3] was a noticeable departure from the neoclassical metal stylings of his first album, and demonstrated an intense blues fusion feel instrumental rock-oriented sound. Tafolla returned to Jag Panzer in 1995, but left again after 1997's The Fourth Judgement and again later for The Deviant Chord. He released a third solo album Plastic in 2001. [1] In 2018 he joined the Graham Bonnet Band and featured on the album Meanwhile Back At The Garage. [4]

Hardline is an American hard rock band. Originally formed in 1991 by brothers Johnny Gioeli and Joey Gioeli, the band consisted of five members, Johnny Gioeli, Joey Gioeli, Neal Schon, Todd Jensen and Deen Castronovo. The band's most recent album is Heart, Mind and Soul, which was released in 2021. He is also formerly the lead guitarist and keyboardist for Jag Panzer, appearing on four of the band's albums, The Age of Mastery, Thane to the Throne, Mechanized Warfare and Casting the Stones. Prior to joining Megadeth and while still in Jag Panzer, he served as a touring guitarist for Nevermore from 2001 to 2003, and again between 2006 and 2007. Following his departure from Megadeth, Broderick formed Act of Defiance in 2014. He joined Swedish metal band In Flames in 2019 as a touring guitarist, before becoming the band's permanent rhythm and lead guitarist in 2022.

Jörg Fischer is a German guitar player, primarily known for his work with the German band Accept. He joined the band at the end of the recording sessions for their self-titled debut and played on the albums I'm a Rebel and Breaker until leaving before recording began for the fourth album Restless and Wild. After the Balls to the Wall recording was completed, he was asked to rejoin the band. Fischer appears on the albums Metal Heart and Russian Roulette. By this time his role had diminished mainly to rhythm guitarist, although he is featured as lead guitarist on the songs "Living for Tonite", "Wrong Is Right', "Aiming High", "Another Second to Be" and "Lay Down the Law". Fischer left the band again around 1988.
