John Imah is a Nigerian American entrepreneur, technology executive, and member of Council of Fashion Designers of America. [1] He has held roles at Snap Inc., Meta Platforms, Samsung, and Twitch. [2] He co-founded and serves as chief executive of the fashion-technology company SpreeAI. [3] [4]

Career

Imah led the Gaming Creator Program at Facebook, (later Meta), and co-announced the Level Up program in 2018. [5] He also served as head of games at Snap Inc. [4] and was a senior manager of partnerships at Twitch. [6]

SpreeAI

In 2023, Imah co-founded SpreeAI, a platform that develops artificial-intelligence tools for virtual clothing sizing and styling with partner brands. [7] The company’s board includes Naomi Campbell, Bob Davidson and Larry Ruvo. [8] [9] [10]

SpreeAI has had research collaborations and talent initiatives involving the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and Carnegie Mellon University. [8] The company has also partnered with the Council of Fashion Designers of America (CFDA), Sergio Hudson, and Kai Collective. [8]

In 2025, Imah attended the Met Gala in a custom Sergio Hudson ensemble aligned with the “Superfine” theme, [11] [12] [13] and later appeared at shows by Ralph Lauren and Sergio Hudson and at the Kering Foundation Gala in connection with SpreeAI. [7]
