Robert Lewis "Rob" Cowles III is an American Republican politician from Green Bay, Wisconsin. He is a member of the Wisconsin Senate, representing Wisconsin's 2nd Senate district since 1987. He is the longest currently-serving member of the Wisconsin Senate, having served for 37 years. He previously served four years in the Wisconsin State Assembly (1983–1987).

Wisconsin's 8th congressional district is a congressional district of the United States House of Representatives in northeastern Wisconsin. It officially has been vacant since April 24, 2024, following the effective date of the resignation of Mike Gallagher, a Republican. Gallagher won the open seat vacated by Reid Ribble who retired in 2016. It is also one of only two congressional districts to ever elect a Catholic priest, in the case of Wisconsin’s 8th, Robert John Cornell.

Gary Tauchen is an American dairy farmer and Republican politician. He was a member of the Wisconsin State Assembly, representing the 6th Assembly district from 2007 through 2022. The 6th district comprised most of Shawano County along with northwestern Outagamie County and neighboring towns in eastern Waupaca County.

She previously served eight terms in the Wisconsin State Assembly, from 2005 to 2021, and was mayor of Markesan, Wisconsin, from 1991 to 1997.

Van H. Wanggaard is a Republican politician and former law enforcement officer. He is a member of the Wisconsin State Senate, representing Racine and Kenosha counties since January 5, 2015. He was previously elected to the same office in 2010, but was removed by recall election in June 2012.

<span class="mw-page-title-main">Wisconsin's 89th Assembly district</span> American legislative district in Brown County, Wisconsin

The 89th Assembly district of Wisconsin is one of 99 districts in the Wisconsin State Assembly. Located in Northeastern Wisconsin, the district is entirely contained within central Brown County. It includes the village of Ashwaubenon and much of the west side of the city of Green Bay. The district contains Lambeau Field, home of the Green Bay Packers. The district is represented by Republican Elijah Behnke, since May 2021. After the 2024 redistricting, Behnke no longer resides in the new 89th district.

The 2013 Wisconsin Spring Election was held in the U.S. state of Wisconsin on April 2, 2013. There were contested elections for justice of the Wisconsin Supreme Court and Superintendent of Public Instruction, as well as several other nonpartisan local and judicial elections. In addition, the ballot contained a special election to fill a vacancy in the 98th Assembly district. The 2013 Wisconsin Spring Primary was held February 19, 2013.
