The Journal of International Dispute Settlement is a peer reviewed quarterly academic journal covering international dispute resolution in a combination of theoretical and practical approaches. The journal was established in 2010 by Thomas Schultz from King's College London, the University of Geneva, and the Geneva Graduate Institute. [1] It is published by Oxford University Press. [2] According to the Journal Citation Reports , the journal has a 2018 impact factor of 1.638, making it one of the most highly cited international law journals in the world. [3] It has published works from Balzan Prize recipient Pierre Lalive d'Epinay, International Court of Justice judge James Crawford (jurist), legendary arbitration practitioner Jan Paulsson, and most of the field's leading academics.
