Jun Kobayashi (小林 洵, Kobayashi Jun, born 7 May 1999) is a Japanese professional footballer who currently plays as a centre-back for Singapore Premier League club Young Lions, whom his the vice-captain.
Jun has played for the Cerezo Osaka U-23 and most recently Albirex Niigata Singapore FC , where he captained and leading them win their 5th title in 2022 Singapore Premier League.
Jun started his career playing with Cerezo Osaka U-23 in the J3 League. He ended the season with 2 goals in 13 appearances.
On 30 December 2021, Jun joined Singapore Premier League outfits, Albirex Niigata Singapore, the satellite team of Japan club, Albirex Niigata. Jun helped the club to win the 2022 Singapore Premier League title.
On 28 January 2023, Jun joined the Young Lions, a Singaporean developmental club which aims to expose young players to top-level competition. He is joined by Kan Kobayashi who together become the first foreigners to play for the Young Lions since 2016.
