KK Strumica is a basketball club based in Strumica, North Macedonia. They currently compete in the Macedonian First League.
It was founded in 1991 under the name Makedonija '91, and was later also known as Polo Trejd. The club changed its name to ABA Strumica from 2005 to 2012.ABA Strumica merged with KK Millenium Strumica in season 2011-2012. After a change in leadership in 2005, a new president, Pajanotis Karapiperis, formed a strong culture by bringing in significant players to the team.

He led Macedonia in the qualifying for the European Championships in 2003, as well as when Macedonia was in Second European Division in 2004 and 2005, and during the first phase of the qualifying for the European Championships in Spain 2007. Since 2000 until 2008 he was Head coach of KK Nikol Fert, KK Strumica 2005, Balkan Steel Skopje, and the best Macedonian team KK Rabotnicki. As a coach he had won four Championship titles and four Cup titles in Macedonia. Three times( 2004, 2005, 2006) he was announced as a best basketball coach in Macedonia. Twenty years he was professional player(18 years in the best Macedonian club "Rabotnicki". In this time he won seven Championship Titles and five Cup titles. He has played for Young Yugoslavian National Team and he was the first captain of The Macedonian National Team.

KK Millenium Strumica was a Macedonian basketball club based in Strumica. It was founded in 1991 under the name Makedonija '91, and was later also known as Polo Trejd. After a change in leadership in 2005, the club became known as Strumica 2005 and new president, Pajanotis Karapiperis, formed a strong culture by bringing in significant players to the team. They become champions of the Macedonian First League in the 2006–07 season and were Macedonian Cup finalists in 2007 and 2008. However, following the 2007–08 season, the club canceled its participation in the First League and the newly formed Balkan League due to financial concerns. They continued to play in the Second League until 2012, where after winning the 2011–12 championship, they folded completely and merged with ABA Strumica.
