Kabyit is a village in Mingin Township, Kale District, in the Sagaing Region of western Burma. It lies on the Chindwin River, south of Chaungwa. [1] [2]

The urban population in 2012 was 1,230,000 and the rural population was 5,360,000. The capital is Sagaing.
