Kamilla Asylova (born 14 September 1998) is a Kazakhstani model and beauty pageant titleholder who was crowned Miss Universe Kazakhstan 2016 and represented Kazakhstan at Miss Universe 2017. [1]

A 2.9-kilometre (1.8 mi), two-station extension of the Metro to Moskva station opened on 18 April 2015, followed by a 3.1 kilometres (1.9 mi), two-station extension to Bauyrzhan Momyshuly on 30 May 2022. Miss Kazakhstan is a national beauty pageant in Kazakhstan. The pageant was founded in 1997, where the winners were sent to Miss Universe, Miss World, and Miss Earth.

The 2004 Asian Women’s Club Volleyball Championship was the 5th staging of the AVC Club Championships. The tournament was held in Almaty, Kazakhstan. The local club Rahat Almaty won the championship after finishing tied with 4-1 with the Chinese silver medalists Bayi Yiyang High-Tech District and bronze winners Chung Shan from Chinese Taipei. The result was resolved by the set ratio.

BIIK Shymkent is a women's football club based in Shymkent, Kazakhstan competing in the Kazakhstan Championship. Formerly established in Almaty as Alma-KTZh, the team won five championships in a row between 2004 and 2008 under this name and represented Kazakhstan in the European Cup, making it into the last 16 on four occasions. It was subsequently surpassed by SShVSM Almaty, but following its refoundation it won the 2010 national cup and the 2011 national championship. The team has played some seasons in the UEFA Women's Champions League.
