Miss India or Femina Miss India is a national beauty pageant in India that annually selects representatives to compete in Miss World, one of the Big Four major international beauty pageants. It is organised by Femina, a women's magazine published by The Times Group. Since 2013 to 2022, Femina also organised Miss Diva as a separate competition, with representatives competing at Miss Universe.

Miss India Worldwide 2015 was the 24th edition of the Miss India Worldwide pageant, held on 5 September 2015. The event was held at Lalit Hotel in Mumbai, India.
The grand finale of the third edition of Miss Diva was held on October 14, 2015. 16 contestants vied for the title and the chance to represent India at the Miss Universe beauty pageant. Urvashi Rautela was crowned Miss Diva 2015, while Natasha Assadi and Naveli Deshmukh were crowned 1st and 2nd Runners Up respectively. The 4th edition of Miss Diva took place in 2016. 16 contestants competed in the pageant. Miss Diva 2016 featured a television reality series which was telecast on Colors Infinity. The 16 contestants, who were mentored by former Femina Miss India Universe 2000 and Miss Universe 2000 Lara Dutta through the series, were based in a "Diva Villa" at Madh Island and judged based on their performances by celebrity judges.
Roshmitha Harimurthy is an Indian model and beauty pageant titleholder who was crowned as Miss Universe India 2016 at Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel Indoor Stadium, Mumbai. As winner of Miss Diva - 2016, she represented India at Miss Universe 2016 in Manila, Philippines.
The 5th edition of Miss Diva took place on 11 October 2017. The top 15 contestants selected from all over the country competed in the pageant.
The 6th edition of Miss Diva took place on 31 August 2018. Top 19 contestants selected from all over the country competed in the pageant, who were mentored by Miss Universe 2000, Lara Dutta. At the end of the event, Miss Universe India 2017, Shraddha Shashidhar crowned Nehal Chudasama as her successor. She represented India at the 67th Miss Universe 2018 pageant held in Bangkok, Thailand on 16 December 2018. At the same event, Aditi Hundia was crowned as Miss Diva - Supranational 2018 and Roshni Sheoran was crowned as Runner-up. Miss Universe 2017, Demi-Leigh Nel-Peters was a member of the jury. Miss Supranational 2017, Jenny Kim also graced the event. This was also the first miss diva pageant in which the finale was telecasted on the same day.
Nehal Chudasama is an Indian model, fitness consultant and beauty pageant titleholder. She also works as an emcee. She was crowned Miss Diva Universe 2018 and represented India at Miss Universe 2018.
Miss Diva 2019 was the 7th edition of the Miss Diva beauty pageant held on 26 September 2019. Miss Universe India 2018, Nehal Chudasama crowned Vartika Singh as her successor. She represented India at Miss Universe 2019 which was held in Atlanta, Georgia. Shefali Sood was crowned as Miss Supranational India 2019 by her predecessor, Aditi Hundia and she represented India at Miss Supranational 2019 held in Poland. Also, Varun Verma was selected as India's representative at the Mister Supranational 2019 contest.
Tejaswini Manogna is an Indian model and beauty pageant titleholder. A medical doctor by profession, she won the title of Divine Miss Earth India 2019 and represented India at the 19th edition of the Miss Earth pageant held at Parañaque City, in the Philippines.
Adline Mewis Quadros Castelino is an Indian model and beauty pageant titleholder who was crowned as Miss Diva Universe 2020. She represented India at Miss Universe 2020, and was the third runner-up.
Harnaaz Kaur Sandhu is an Indian model, actress, and beauty pageant titleholder who was crowned Miss Universe 2021. Sandhu had been previously crowned Miss Diva Universe 2021, and is the third entrant from India to win Miss Universe. Sandhu was also crowned Femina Miss India Punjab in 2019, and placed as a semifinalist at Femina Miss India 2019.
Divita Rai ; is an Indian model and beauty pageant titleholder who was crowned Miss Universe India on 28 August 2022 in Mumbai by outgoing Miss Universe 2021 Harnaaz Sandhu, and represented India at Miss Universe 2022, held on 14 January 2023. Rai placed among the Top 16 finalists at the pageant.
