Miss India or Femina Miss India is a national beauty pageant in India that annually selects representatives to compete in Miss World, one of the Big Four international beauty pageants. It is organised by Femina, a women's magazine published by The Times Group.

She was the winner of Pond's 50th edition of Femina Miss World India 2013 that was held in Mumbai on 24 March 2013. She won the Miss Multimedia award during Miss World 2013 beauty pageant. She finished in top 20.
Urvashi Rautela is an Indian actress, model and beauty pageant titleholder who predominantly works in Hindi films. She gained prominence after winning the title of Miss Diva- Miss Universe India 2015, and representing India at Miss Universe 2015. She began her modelling career at the age of 15 and also previously won the title of Miss Teen India 2009.
The following is a list of India's official representatives and their placements at the Big Four beauty pageants, considered the most important in the world. The country has won a total of ten victories with eighty-one placements in all four pageants:
Miss Earth India or Miss India Earth is a title given to the Indian woman who represents India at Miss Earth, an annual, international beauty pageant promoting environmental awareness. The current national pageant which chooses the Indian representative for Miss Earth is Miss Divine Beauty of India.
Priyadarshini Chatterjee is an Indian model and beauty pageant titleholder who was crowned Femina Miss India in 2016.
Manushi Chhillar is an Indian actress, model and the winner of Miss World 2017 pageant. She represented her state of Haryana at the Femina Miss India 2017 pageant and won the title of Femina Miss India World 2017 and then went on to become the sixth contestant from India to be crowned Miss World after 17 years.
The 6th edition of Miss Diva took place on 31 August 2018. Top 19 contestants selected from all over the country competed in the pageant, who were mentored by Miss Universe 2000, Lara Dutta. At the end of the event, Miss Universe India 2017, Shraddha Shashidhar crowned Nehal Chudasama as her successor. She represented India at the 67th Miss Universe 2018 pageant held in Bangkok, Thailand on 16 December 2018. At the same event, Aditi Hundia was crowned as Miss Diva - Supranational 2018 and Roshni Sheoran was crowned as Runner-up. Miss Universe 2017, Demi-Leigh Nel-Peters was a member of the jury. Miss Supranational 2017, Jenny Kim also graced the event. This was also the first miss diva pageant in which the finale was telecasted on the same day.
Meenakshi Chaudhary is an Indian actress and beauty pageant titleholder who works in Telugu and Tamil films. She represented the state of Haryana at the Femina Miss India 2018 pageant, where she was crowned as Femina Miss India Grand International 2018. Chaudhary represented India at Miss Grand International 2018 and was crowned as the first runner up.
Suman Ratan Singh Rao is an Indian model and beauty pageant title holder who was crowned Femina Miss India 2019. She represented India at the Miss World 2019 pageant in ExCeL London in United Kingdom, and was crowned as the 2nd runner-up and as Miss World Asia.
Shreya Shanker is an Indian actor, model and beauty pageant titleholder who was crowned Femina Miss India United Continents 2019 at the grand finale of Femina Miss India 2019 by the outgoing titleholder Gayatri Bharadwaj. She recently made her acting debut as Ariana in the web series Dil Dosti Dilemma on Amazon Prime which was released on 25 April 24. Her father is a serving Brigadier in the Indian Army and her mother is a freelance counsellor. She is the granddaughter of Dr R. S. P. Verma, an eminent dermatologist of Bihar, and her maternal grandfather, Professor Rana Pratap Sinha, is an eminent psychologist of Bihar. She has a younger sister, Alina, who is a studying at Delhi University. She represented India at Miss United Continents 2019 pageant, held on 28 September 2019.
Harnaaz Kaur Sandhu is an Indian actress and winner of the Miss Universe 2021 Beauty pageant. She had been previously crowned Miss Universe India 2021 and is the third entrant from India to win Miss Universe.
Miss Rajasthan is an Indian state beauty pageant held annually in Rajasthan, India. The Fusion Group has been organizing the beauty pageant.
Femina Miss India 2023 was the 59th edition of the Femina Miss India beauty pageant. After a two-year hiatus, it was held on 15 April 2023 at Imphal, Manipur, with contestants from 29 states and a collective representative for all Union Territories adding up to 30 participants competed for the title.
Thounaojam Strela Luwang is an Indian television anchor, social activist, model and beauty pageant title holder who was crowned second runner up at Femina Miss India 2023. She represented her state Manipur at Femina Miss India 2023 after winning Femina Miss India Manipur 2023. She won Miss Manipur pageant held in 2017. She was also one of the top five finalists at the Miss Diva Northeast 2016-17. She was featured in 2018 educational film, Who Said Boys Can't Wear Makeup? directed by Priyakanta Laishram, which was the first-ever Indian film on gender-neutral fashion and men's make-up.
Femina Miss India 2024 was the 60th edition of Femina Miss India pageant, marking its diamond jubilee, was held on October 16, 2024 in Mumbai, featuring 30 contestants representing all 29 states, including Delhi, along with a combined representative for the Union Territories. The full show will air on Doordarshan on November 10, 2024, and will also be available for streaming on the JioCinema OTT platform from the same date.
