Karim bin Bujang is a Malaysian politician from GAGASAN. [2] He was the Member of Sabah State Legislative Assembly for Bongawan from 1990 to 2013 and was formerly a Chairman of WARISAN. [3]
He was a member of USNO before it merged with BERJAYA to form UMNO Sabah in 1991. He had held the post of Secretary-general of Barisan Nasional Sabah. In 2018,he joined WARISAN and contested for the Kimanis federal seat and 2020 Kimanis by-election. [4]
In 17 March 2024,Karim Bujang had left WARISAN to join Parti Gagasan Rakyat Sabah (GAGASAN). Karim submitted his membership application form to Chief Minister Datuk Seri Hajiji Noor,who is also Gagasan Rakyat President,during a breaking-of-fast event,at Sabah International Convention Centre (SICC),here,Sunday. The Heritage Party is a multi-racial political party in Malaysia which was rebranded and renamed from the Sabah Heritage Party,a Sabah-based party led by Shafie Apdal formed earlier on 17 October 2016 after its expansion into national level politics at the end of 2021.
Datuk Christina Liew is a Hong Kong-born Malaysian politician who has served as the State Minister of Tourism,Culture and Environment of Sabah for the second term in the Gabungan Rakyat Sabah (GRS) state administration under Chief Minister Hajiji Noor since January 2023 and the first term in the Heritage Party (WARISAN) state administration under former Chief Minister Shafie Apdal from May 2018 to the collapse of the WARISAN administration in September 2020 as well as Member of the Sabah State Legislative Assembly (MLA) for Api-Api since May 2013. She also served as the Deputy Chief Minister III in the WARISAN administration under Shafie from May 2018 to September 2020,and the Member of Parliament (MP) for Tawau from May 2018 to November 2022. She is a member and Division Chief of Api-Api of the People's Justice Party (PKR),a component party of the Pakatan Harapan (PH) coalition and formerly Barisan Alternatif (BA) and Pakatan Rakyat (PR) opposition coalitions. She has served as Vice President of PH since September 2017 and State Chairperson of PH of Sabah since August 2017. She has also served as Member of the Central Leadership Council (MPP) of PKR and Division Chairperson of Kota Kinabalu of PKR since July 2022. Datuk Darell Leiking,also known as Ignatius Dorell Leiking is a Malaysian politician who has served as Member of the Sabah State Legislative Assembly (MLA) for Moyog since September 2020. He served as the Minister of International Trade and Industry in the Pakatan Harapan (PH) administration under former Prime Minister Mahathir Mohamad from July 2018 to the collapse of the PH administration in February 2020 and the Member of Parliament (MP) for Penampang from May 2013 to November 2022. He is a member of the Heritage Party (WARISAN) and was a member of the People's Justice Party (PKR),a component party of the PH and formerly Pakatan Rakyat (PR) coalitions. He has also served as the 1st and founding Deputy President of the WARISAN since party foundation in October 2016.
Datuk Mohamaddin bin Ketapi is a Malaysian politician who has served as Member of the Sabah State Legislative Assembly (MLA) for Segama since September 2020. He served as the Minister of Tourism,Arts and Culture in the Pakatan Harapan (PH) administration under former Prime Minister Mahathir Mohamad from July 2018 to the collapse of the PH administration in February 2020. He served as the Member of Parliament (MP) for Lahad Datu from October 2019 to November 2022 and for Silam from May 2018 to October 2019 as well as MLA for Lahad Datu from August 1986 to October 1990. He also served as the State Assistant Minister of Industrial and Rural Development of Sabah in the United Sabah Party (PBS) state administration under former Chief Minister Joseph Pairin Kitingan from 1986 to 1990. He is a member of the United Malays National Organisation (UMNO),a component party of the Barisan Nasional (BN) coalition. He was also member of the Parti Bangsa Malaysia (PBM),member of the Malaysian United Indigenous Party (BERSATU),a component party of the ruling Gabungan Rakyat Sabah (GRS) and Perikatan Nasional (PN) coalitions,member of the Heritage Party (WARISAN) and member of the PBS. He has also served as the 1st State Chairman of PBM of Sabah from August 2022 to his resignation from the party in January 2023. On 30 October 2021,he left WARISAN and became independent in support for GRS. Later,he officially became a member of BERSATU on 26 November 2021. However on 28 June 2022,he left BERSATU and became independent again in support for BN and GRS ruling coalitions after joining it only seven months prior. He then joined PBM and was appointed as its State Chairman of Sabah exactly two months later after leaving BERSATU on 28 August 2022. On 6 January 2023,he left PBM and joined UMNO and supported its withdrawal of support for GRS that triggered the 2023 Sabah political crisis.
Datuk Zakaria bin Mohd Edris is a Malaysian politician who served as the Member of Parliament (MP) for Libaran from May 2018 to November 2022,State Assistant Minister of Housing and Local Government of Sabah in the Barisan Nasional (BN) administration under former Chief Minister Musa Aman from 2013 to 2018 and Member of the Sabah State Legislative Assembly (MLA) for Gum-Gum from March 2004 to May 2018. He is a former member of Malaysian United Indigenous Party (BERSATU),an official main component party of the Perikatan Nasional (PN) and a former component party of Gabungan Rakyat Sabah (GRS) coalition also a former component party of Pakatan Harapan (PH) coalition. He also a former member of the United Malays National Organisation (UMNO),a component party of the BN coalition. He left UMNO to be an independent in 2018 and later joined BERSATU in 2019 until 2023. In 2023,he officially became the member of Sabah People's Ideas Party,the main component party of Gabungan Rakyat Sabah (GRS) along with 7 other parties.

The 2020 Kimanis by-election is a by-election held on 18 January 2020 for the Dewan Rakyat seat of Kimanis. The seat was declared vacant after the Federal Court on 2 December 2019 upheld the Election Court's ruling earlier on 16 August,nullifying the sitting Member of Parliament (MP),Anifah Aman's victory in the 2018 general election (GE14). Anifah was the former Minister of Foreign Affairs from 2009 to 2018 and formerly a member of United Malays National Organisation (UMNO) part of the Barisan Nasional (BN) coalition until he left to become independent,despite the fact that he had been a 4-term MP for Kimanis since 2004 and had just retained the seat under BN in the 2018 election a few months prior.

He is a member of the Parti Gagasan Rakyat Sabah (GAGASAN),a component party of the Gabungan Rakyat Sabah (GRS) coalition. He was a member of the WARISAN,before leaving the party on 8 October 2021 to become an independent in support of the ruling GRS coalition. He was also member of the United Malays National Organisation (UMNO),a component party of the Barisan Nasional (BN) which he left in 2018. On 22 May 2022,he confirmed that he had applied to rejoin and was pending return to BN and UMNO after leaving them four years ago. However,his application was not accepted before he withdrew the application and joined GAGASAN instead on 21 January 2023.
George Hiew Vun Zin is a Malaysian politician who has served as the Member of Sabah State Legislative Assembly (MLA) for Karamunting since May 2018. He served as the State Assistant Minister of Housing and Local Government of Sabah in the Heritage Party (WARISAN) administration under former Chief Minister Shafie Apdal and former Minister Jaujan Sambakong from May 2018 to the collapse of the WARISAN administration in September 2020. He is a member of the Parti Gagasan Rakyat Sabah (GAGASAN),a component party of the Gabungan Rakyat Sabah (GRS) coalition and was a former member of WARISAN as well as the Democratic Action Party (DAP),a component party of the Pakatan Harapan (PH) and formerly the Pakatan Rakyat (PR) coalitions. He was also a former Member of the Supreme Council and Division Chief of Sandakan of WARISAN. In 2016,he left DAP for WARISAN and on 4 March 2023,he left WARISAN for GAGASAN to support a local party after WARISAN declared to become a national party. He become a Divisional Chairperson of Karamunting of Gagasan Rakyat in 2023,and also become one of the GRS main leaders in Sandakan.

Juil Nuatim is a Malaysian politician who has served as Member of the Sabah State Legislative Assembly for Limbahau since September 2020. He is an independent and was a member of the Social Democratic Harmony Party (KDM) and the Heritage Party (WARISAN). He served as the 1st and founding Deputy President of KDM for the non-Muslim bumiputera quota from the party foundation in January 2022 to his resignation from the party in May 2023. On 28 December 2021,Melalap MLA Peter Anthony and him left WARISAN and became independents. Exactly a month later on 28 January 2022,they founded KDM and became the 1st and founding party president and deputy president respectively. On 21 May 2023,he resigned from KDM. One day before "Anti-parties switching law" been approved in Sabah on 25 May 2023,he joined and officially become one of the direct members of Gabungan Rakyat Sabah (GRS).
Sairin bin Karno is a Malaysian politician from Sabah and member of Gagasan Rakyat Sabah. He was the Member of Sabah State Legislative Assembly for Liawan,Keningau from 2004 to 2018 and a former member of the Dewan Negara representing Sabah from 1993 to 1999.
