Kenny Mason's debut studio album, Angelic Hoodrat , was released on April 15, 2020. He released the deluxe edition of the album Angelic Hoodrat: Supercut on April 16, 2021. The deluxe edition features guest appearances from Freddie Gibbs, Denzel Curry, Ambar Lucid and Angel White.

On September 28, 2022, Kenny Mason released his debut mixtape, Ruffs . The mixtape features guest appearances from Young Nudy, Jean Dawson, DavidTheTragic and Amindi.

It also makes several references to Kurt Cobain, the lead singer of American rock band, Nirvana, who committed suicide at the age of 27. The Zev Deans-directed official music video was released on Curry's Vevo channel the same day as the single, and has since been viewed more than 100 million times, becoming his most watched video.
