Mark Anthony Kerry is an Australian former backstroke and freestyle swimmer of the 1970s and 1980s, who won three Olympic medals, including a gold in the 4 × 100 m medley relay at the 1980 Summer Olympics as the backstroker for the Quietly Confident Quartet. During his career, he won twelve Australian Championships.
Kerry-Anne Saxby-Junna, born Kerry Saxby AM is a retired Australian race walker. She was born in Young, New South Wales and grew up in Ballina, New South Wales.
Kerry Dennis O'Brien is a retired Australian runner. Competing in the steeplechase he won a silver medal at the 1966 British Empire and Commonwealth Games and finished fourth at the 1968 Summer Olympics. He held the world record in this event between 1970 and 1972. At the 1970 Commonwealth Games, O'Brien fell at the penultimate water-jump, while leading, and failed to finish the race. He also fell during the 1972 Olympics. He retired in 1973 having won nine Australian titles in the steeplechase, 5000 m and cross-country running.
The Quietly Confident Quartet was the self-given name of the Australian men's 4 × 100 metres medley relay swimming team that won the gold medal at the 1980 Summer Olympics in Moscow. The United States boycotted the Moscow Olympics in protest against the Soviet invasion of Afghanistan and, through the 2016 Olympics, the Australian victory remains the only occasion the United States has not won the event at Olympic level since its inception in 1960. The quartet consisted of backstroker Mark Kerry, breaststroker Peter Evans, butterflyer Mark Tonelli, and freestyler Neil Brooks. The team was nominally led by its oldest member Tonelli, who was 23 and was also a spokesperson for the Australian athletes' campaign for their right to compete at the Olympics against the wishes of the Fraser government. The team was seen as an unlikely prospect to win; all four of the swimmers had clashed with swimming authorities over disciplinary issues and three experienced suspension or expulsion from the Australian team during their careers.
The men's 4 × 100 metre medley relay event at the 1980 Summer Olympics was held in Moscow, Soviet Union on 24 July 1980 in the Olympiski Sports Complex. A total of 13 teams participated in the event. These were split over two heats held in the morning of that day, and the eight fastest teams qualified for the finals held in the evening of the same day.
Neale John Lavis was an Australian equestrian and Olympic champion. He won a team gold medal in eventing at the 1960 Summer Olympics in Rome, and a silver medal in individual eventing. He also participated at the 1964 Tokyo Olympics, but did not win any medals there. He later became involved with a cattle and racehorse stud in Braidwood, which produced Just A Dash, the winner of the 1981 Melbourne Cup, and Strawberry Road, the 1982/83 Racehorse of the Year. After the Rome Olympics, he married Velma; they had four children.
Kerry Hore is an Australian former rower, a national champion, world-champion and four-time Olympian who competed in the women's quadruple sculls at the 2004, 2008, 2012 and 2016 Summer Olympics. She was in Australian quad sculls which won a 2003 World Championship and a bronze medal at the Athens Olympics.

Kerry-Lee Harrington is a South African badminton player. She won a bronze medal, along with her partner Stacy Doubell, in the women's doubles at the 2007 All-Africa Games in Algiers, Algeria. Harrington represented South Africa at the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing, where she competed in the women's singles. She received a bye for the second preliminary round match, before losing out to Malaysia's Wong Mew Choo, with a score of 4–21 each in two straight periods.

Her mother in-law is a badass and “sick” as one of the original rowers at Wisconsin. Both, Kerry and her partner enjoy water based sports. Kerry was inducted into the Society of Tree People in 2018, direct relatives of National Corndog Day. They are excellent lab partners and now partners in life.
Kerry Dale Johnson is an Australian retired athlete who competed in the sprints. She represented her country at the 1988 and 1992 Summer Olympics. In addition, she won one gold and two silver medals at the 1990 Commonwealth Games.
Kerry Simpson is a Canadian speed skater. She competed in the women's 500 metres at the 2006 Winter Olympics, placing 21st.
