Colorado's 4th congressional district is a congressional district in the U.S. state of Colorado. Located in the eastern part of the state,the district encompasses most of the rural Eastern Plains,as well as portions of the Colorado Front Range,including Loveland,Highlands Ranch,Castle Rock,and Parker.
Kevin Lundberg is an American businessman and former legislator in the U.S. state of Colorado. Before his appointment to the State Senate in 2009 as a Republican,he was elected to serve as the Representative to House District 49 in the Colorado House of Representatives in 2003. Prior to his tenure in the state senate he served in the Colorado House of Representatives from the 30th and 56th districts from 2009 to 2017.
