Kevin Omar Wickham (born 19 March 2003) is a West Indian cricketer,who is a right-handed top order batsman. [1] He plays for Barbados national cricket team,having previously represented the West Indies under-19 cricket team. [2]
In January 2022,Wickham was named in the West Indies' squad as a replacement player for the 2022 Under-19 Men's Cricket World Cup. [3] He received training at the West Indies Academy prior to his regional cricket debut. [4] In July 2022,he was also selected for the CWI Emerging Players' Academy. [5]
He made his List A debut for West Indies Academy on 29 October 2022,against Leeward Islands in the 2022–23 Super50 Cup. [6] In January 2023,he was selected to play for Barbados Pride in the 2022–23 West Indies Championship. [7] He made his first-class debut for Barbados on 8 February 2023,against Jamaica. [8] In April 2023,he was named in West Indies Academy's squad for the inaugural 2023 Headley Weekes Tri-Series. [9] On 28 April 2023,he scored his maiden century in first-class cricket,against Team Weekes. [10] In August 2023,he was picked by Barbados Royals following the players' draft to play for them in the 2023 Caribbean Premier League. [11] He made his Twenty20 debut on 17 August 2023,against Saint Lucia Kings. [12]
In November 2023,Wickham was named in West Indies Academy's squad for their first-class and List A series against Emerging Ireland. [13] During the third innings of the second first-class match,he remained unbeaten scoring 105 runs,leading CWI Academy to a massive win over Emerging Ireland by 432 runs. [14]
The Regional Four Day Competition,formerly known as the Shell Shield,Red Stripe,Busta and Carib Beer Cup,is the West Indies's first-class cricket competition that's run by Cricket West Indies. In the 2013–2014 season the winner of the tournament was awarded the WICB President's Trophy while the winners of the knockout competition were awarded the George Headley/Everton Weekes trophy. In a few previous seasons the winners of the tournament were awarded the Headley/Weekes trophy. On from the 2016–17 season,the Competition was sponsored by Digicel and was known as the Digicel Four Day Championship. Since 2019–20,the competition has been renamed as the West Indies Championship.

Shai Diego Hope is a Barbadian cricketer,who plays as a wicketkeeper/batsman for the West Indies cricket team. He is also the current ODI captain of the Windies. In June 2018,he was named the Men's Cricketer of the Year,Test Cricketer of the Year and the ODI Cricketer of the Year at the annual Cricket West Indies' Awards. The following year,he was named the CWI ODI Player of the Year. He is generally regarded as one of the best ODI batsmen in the contemporary cricketing world. The 2020–21 Super50 Cup was the 47th edition of the Super50 Cup,the domestic limited-overs cricket competition for the countries of the Cricket West Indies (CWI). The tournament took place in February 2021 in Antigua and Barbuda. Six teams competed in the tournament –Barbados,Guyana,Jamaica,the Leeward Islands,Trinidad and Tobago,and the Windward Islands. The West Indies Emerging Team won the previous edition of the competition.

The West Indies Academy,formerly known as West Indies Emerging Team is a cricket team,that plays first-class and List A cricket in the West Indian domestic circuit. The team has no geographical base,rather is made up of the emerging players and top youth performers in the Caribbean. They are currently captained by Nyeem Young,and coached by Andre Coley.
