The Regional Four Day Competition,formerly known as the Shell Shield,Red Stripe,Busta and Carib Beer Cup,is the West Indies's first-class cricket competition that's run by Cricket West Indies. In the 2013–2014 season the winner of the tournament was awarded the WICB President's Trophy while the winners of the knockout competition were awarded the George Headley/Everton Weekes trophy. In a few previous seasons the winners of the tournament were awarded the Headley/Weekes trophy. On from the 2016–17 season,the Competition was sponsored by Digicel and was known as the Digicel Four Day Championship. Since 2019–20,the competition has been renamed as the West Indies Championship.
Carlos Ricardo Brathwaite is a cricketer from Barbados and a former captain of the West Indies Twenty20 International (T20I) team. He was a key member of the West Indies team that won the 2016 T20 World Cup,and his most notable innings was when he helped the team to win the 2016 ICC World Twenty20 Final with an innings of 34 not-out off 10 balls. Brathwaite hit the winning six to help the West Indies clinch their second T20 world title.

The following year,he was named the CWI ODI Player of the Year. He is generally regarded as one of the best ODI batsmen in the contemporary cricketing world. Hope has also twice been named,for both 2020 and 2022,in the ICC ODI Team of the Year.
Gudakesh Motie is a Guyanese cricketer who plays for Guyana in West Indian domestic cricket. He is a left-arm orthodox bowler. He made his international debut for the West Indies cricket team in December 2021.

The 2020–21 Super50 Cup was the 47th edition of the Super50 Cup,the domestic limited-overs cricket competition for the countries of the Cricket West Indies (CWI). The tournament took place in February 2021 in Antigua and Barbuda. Six teams competed in the tournament –Barbados,Guyana,Jamaica,the Leeward Islands,Trinidad and Tobago,and the Windward Islands. The West Indies Emerging Team won the previous edition of the competition.
Nyeem Young is a West Indian cricketer. Young was named in the West Indies' squads for the 2018 Under-19 Cricket World Cup and the 2020 Under-19 Cricket World Cup. At the 2020 tournament,in the Group B match against England,Young became the first cricketer for the West Indies to score a fifty and take a five wicket haul in the same U19 match. For his performance,he was named the man of the match.

The West Indies Academy,formerly known as West Indies Emerging Team is a cricket team,that plays first-class and List A cricket in the West Indian domestic circuit. The team has no geographical base,rather is made up of the emerging players and top youth performers in the Caribbean. They are currently captained by Nyeem Young,and coached by Andre Coley.
Kevlon Alston Anderson is a West Indian cricketer,who is a right-handed top order batsman. He plays for Guyana national cricket team,having previously represented the West Indies under-19 cricket team.
Matthew Nandu is a Canada born Guyanese cricketer who also plays for the Guyana Amazon Warriors in the Caribbean Premier League. His father Arjune Nandu is also a first-class cricketer who went onto appear in four first-class matches for the Guyana team. His playing style is often compared with former Guyanese batsman Shivnarine Chanderpaul.
