Khashayar Farzam (Khash Farzam) is a Persian-Canadian powerlifter, [1] physician, [2] professor and author. [3] [4] Khashayar currently holds multiple Powerlifting world [5] [6] and national records. He is a former track and field sprinter. He has competed as a part of team Canada. [7] [8] [9] [10] [11]

Khashayar Farzam is an emergency room physician in Kitchener,Ontario [12] at Grand River Hospital [13] and St. Mary's General Hospital. [14] He is also a physician and medical director at Curex Medical Center [15] [16] in Waterloo, Ontario with a focus on general medicine, travel medicine, men's health and minor surgical procedures. Farzam is an attending physician at Michael G. DeGroote School of Medicine at McMaster University.

On November 1, 2023, Khashayar set a Guinness world record in the bench press. [17] [18] [19] [20] [21] [22] [23] [24] [25]

Every year there is a need for 750,000 additional units as young couples embark on married life. At present, 2000 units are being built every day although this needs to increase to 2740 units. The 3rd edition of the game had to be organized in June 2019, but held in 2022 due to the internal issues between the GCC state countries. The 4th edition has been announced and will happen as per the announced dates. For the first time the games will be organized by the new, young and talented faces of GCC team.

Conjugal Visit is a 2022 Iranian romantic drama film directed by Omid Shams and written by Omid Shams, Bahman Ark and Ali Sarahang. It stars Parinaz Izadyar and Hootan Shakiba as Parvaneh and Farhad, a couple who met secretly through Farhad's phone in prison which he sometimes lends to Parvaneh's father—who is in prison with Farhad—to call his daughter, and started to develop feelings for each other.
