Kowiesy [kɔˈvjɛsɨ] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Bielany, within Sokołów County, Masovian Voivodeship, in east-central Poland. [1] It lies approximately 9 kilometres (6 mi) south of Sokołów Podlaski and 87 km (54 mi) east of Warsaw.
