Career

He played Eknath, a trade union leader in the 1995 Doordarshan drama Swabhimaan . In 2011, he progressed to film acting with Rishi Kapoor and Ranbir Kapoor's films Patiala House and Rockstar . [1]

Mishra has played supporting roles in the films Sardari Begum , Filmistaan , Revolver Rani , Jolly LLB 2 , Raanjhanaa , Badlapur , Bangistan , Airlift , M. S. Dhoni: The Untold Story , Sultan , Tiger Zinda Hai , Rukh , Aiyaary , Mulk , De De Pyaar De , Article 15 , Bharat , Jawaani Jaaneman , Thappad , Sooryavanshi and Tadap . [2] [3] [4] [5] [6] In 2020, he starred in the title role in Sony LIV original Ram Singh Charlie that follows the life of a circus artist and his subsequent struggle after the circus is shut. [7] Mishra is an alumnus of Rashtriya Military School Belgaum, Karnataka and graduated from National School Of Drama, Delhi [2]

Mishra is married to actress Ayesha Raza and they have a son, Kabir. [8] [9]

83 is a 2021 Indian Hindi-language biographical sports drama film written and directed by Kabir Khan and produced by Deepika Padukone, Kabir Khan, Vishnu Vardhan Induri and Sajid Nadiadwala. Based on the India national cricket team led by Kapil Dev, which won the 1983 Cricket World Cup, and jointly written by Khan, along with Sanjay Puran Singh Chauhan, Vasan Bala and Sumit Arora, it features an ensemble cast including Ranveer Singh, Padukone, Pankaj Tripathi, Tahir Raj Bhasin, Jiiva, Saqib Saleem, Jatin Sarna, Chirag Patil, Dinker Sharma, Nishant Dahiya, Harrdy Sandhu, Sahil Khattar, Ammy Virk, Adinath Kothare, Dhairya Karwa and R. <i>Kabir Singh</i> (soundtrack) 2019 soundtrack album

Kabir Singh is the soundtrack to the 2019 film of the same name, directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga, which is a remake of Vanga's own Telugu film Arjun Reddy (2017), starring Shahid Kapoor and Kiara Advani. Released by T-Series on 7 June 2019, the album consisted nine songs composed by Mithoon, Amaal Mallik, Vishal Mishra, Sachet–Parampara and Akhil Sachdeva with lyrics written by Mithoon, Irshad Kamil, Manoj Muntashir and Kumaar. Harshavardhan Rameshwar composed background music for the film.
