Kuyili is an Indian actress and dancer who has acted and performed in multiple South Indian films. [1] She also acted in many TV serials. She is famous for the song "Nila Athu Vaanathu Mela" in Kamal Haasan's Nayakan (1987), in which she performed an item number, balancing on a moving boat.[ citation needed ]

Sengathu is a 2006 Indian Tamil language romantic drama film directed by Indhu Nathan. The film stars newcomer Amaran and Payal, with Ilavarasu, Kovai Desingu, Kuyili, Srinivasa Gurukkal, Lalitha Mani and Master Ashwin playing supporting roles. The film, produced by S. A. Thiru Ranga is a 2007 Indian masala film directed by Ravi Bhargavan. The film was produced by A. Selvi and Ch. Sathyanarayana in Tamil and in Telugu, the latter as Julayi. The film stars Santhosh and Ankitha, with Tejashree, Nassar, Jaya Prakash Reddy, Cochin Haneefa and Manivannan playing supporting roles. The Tamil version was released on 11 May 2007 while the Telugu version was released on 31 August 2007.
