He is known for songs such as "Walk Away", "Cintaku Pergi", "Hey Waley" and "Superfine". He is of Malayali descent. In July 2015, he rebranded himself as just Resh, claiming that "Reshmonu" was a part of his "coming-of-age" process.
Siti Nurhaliza is the debut album by Malaysian singer Siti Nurhaliza released in 1996. This album is the debut of her after winning in a singing competition by RTM, Bintang HMI 1995, where she recorded in 1996. The album is self-titled, and composed almost entirely of pop and ballad genre with its famous debut single Jerat Percintaan which later won the 11th Anugerah Juara Lagu in the same year and sold more than 50,000 copies. She won the title during her first entrance to Anugerah Juara Lagu by beating favourites at that time, Ziana Zain and Fauziah Latiff.

Past members include Irwan Haadi, Wern-Jhien and Hiang Liang. The group released their self-made debut album Malaysia 2.0 in 2011, and follow-up album Higher in 2014. Paperplane Pursuit's sound is upbeat, pop music for mainstream radio.

Estranged is a Malaysian alternative rock band that formed in Damansara, Kuala Lumpur in 2001. Their fanbase are called "Bunkers".

Malam Ini Kita Punya is the third studio album from Malaysian punk rock band, Bunkface. This album was released on 3 October 2014 at the Bee, Publika, Kuala Lumpur. The album contains seven Malay tracks, all of which were written by Sam. It is their first album produced by Sony Music Entertainment Malaysia following Bunkface signing to be under the recording company earlier in the year.
"Dirgahayu" (Perpetuity) is a duet single by Malaysian artists, Faizal Tahir and Siti Nurhaliza, released on 12 August 2016. It was released to serve as a theme song for a 100-episode Malaysian television series, Lara Aishah. Co-written by Faizal himself, it was recorded in July 2016 before it was released a month later.
