The Senbatsu Ruikei course of this school is recorded 14.5 times the magnification in the 2023 entrance examination and ranked first in private high schools in Kyoto Prefecture. [12]

Club activities

It is well known for its brass band, football club, and volleyball clubs. The Kyoto Tachibana SHS Band (brass band), known as the Orange Devils, have participated in the All Japan Marching Contest many times, and have won several gold prizes. They have also been invited to the Rose Parade in the United States several times. In 2022, they were invited to a National Day event in Taiwan. [14] The football club has won several tournaments in Kyoto Prefecture and Kinki. [15]

The marching band has been invited to perform at the 2025 Rose Parade in Pasadena, CA.

The 2022 All Japan High School Soccer Tournament marked the 101st edition of the referred annually contested cup for High Schools over Japan, won by Okayama Gakugeikan after a 3–1 win over Higashiyama on the Final, which was the first high school from Okayama to ever win the competition.

The 2022 All Japan High School Women's Soccer Tournament marked the 31st edition of the referred annually contested women's cup for High Schools over Japan. The tournament was contested by 32 high schools in a knockout-stage format. The final was played one day prior to the men's final on 8 January 2023, at the Noevir Stadium Kobe. The Kamimura Gakuen High School were the defending champions, winning the last championship by 3–0 against the Hinomoto Gakuen High School.

AS Laranja Kyoto is a Japanese professional football club based in Kyoto City, Kyoto Prefecture. They play in the Kansai Soccer League Division 2, having been shifting between Division 1 and Division 2 on recent times. The club aims to join the Japan Football League, being only two promotions away from it. Laranja is also one of the few "European-style clubs" in Japan, as it currently have football teams for all age categories. It have branches on Kyoto, Kansai Science City, Toyokawa and Suita.

N High School is a Japanese private correspondence high school located in Uruma, Okinawa Prefecture, Japan, with campuses across the country.
