L.A. Confidential Presents: Knoc-turn'al is the debut extended play by American rapper Knoc-turn'al . Originally it was supposed to be a full-length album titled Knoc's Landin', which was shelved due to undisclosed reasons and reduced to an EP released on July 30, 2002 through Elektra Records. Recording sessions took place at Record One Studio, Westlake Audio and Larrabee West Studios in Los Angeles and at South Beach Studios in Miami Beach. Production was handled by Dr. Dre, Bud'da, Fredwreck, Kanye West, S-Dog, the Production Coalition of America, Wallace Sibley Jr. and Knoc-turn'al himself, with executive producer D. Menefield and associate executive producer Jay Brown. It features guest appearances from Slip Capone, Butch Cassidy, Dr. Dre, Jayo Felony, Missy Elliott, Nate Dogg, Shade Sheist, Timebomb, Too Short, Warren G, Xzibit and Samuel Christian. The album peaked at number 74 on the Billboard 200 and number 26 on the Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums in the United States.
Two singles were released from the album: "The Knoc" and "Muzik". Its lead single, "The Knoc", peaked at No. 98 on the Billboard Hot 100 and was nominated for a Grammy Award for Best Music Video at the 45th Annual Grammy Awards, but lost to Eminem's "Without Me". Its second single, "Muzik", found mild success on the French music chart, peaking at No. 70 after its appearance in the 2002 action-thriller film The Transporter .
Enhanced versions of the EP featured two multimedia extras: the music video for "The Knoc", and a behind-the-scenes feature titled "Bthere with Knoc" shot on location in New York City.

2001 is the second studio album by American record producer and rapper Dr. Dre. It was released on November 16, 1999, by Aftermath Entertainment and Interscope Records as the follow-up to his 1992 debut album, The Chronic. The album was produced mainly by Dr. Dre and Mel-Man, as well as Lord Finesse, and features several guest contributions from Hittman, Snoop Dogg, Kurupt, Xzibit, Eminem, and Nate Dogg.
40 Dayz & 40 Nightz is the second studio album by American rapper Xzibit. It was released on August 25, 1998, through Loud Records and RCA Records. Recording sessions took place at Sound Castle and at Area51 in Los Angeles, at N-House Studioz and at Record One in Studio City, at Track Record, Inc. in North Hollywood, and at The Enterprise in Burbank. Production was handled by Sir Jinx, Bud'da, A Kid Called Roots, DJ Pen One, E-Swift, Jesse West, Mel-Man, Montage One, Soopafly, The Glove and Xzibit himself. It features guest appearances from fellow Likwit Crew teammates Montage One, Defari, King Tee and Tha Alkaholiks, and the Golden State Project members Ras Kass and Saafir, as well as West Coast rapper Jayo Felony and Staten Island rapper Method Man of the Wu-Tang Clan. The album debuted at number 58 on the Billboard 200 and number 14 on the Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums chart in the United States, and at number 32 on the UK Hip Hop and R&B Albums Chart.
Farid Karam Nassar, better known by his stage name Fredwreck, is a Grammy Award-winning American hip hop recording artist, DJ and record producer. He got his big break when he became a producer for Dr. Dre's newly founded record label Aftermath Entertainment, and then went on to work with Snoop Dogg's record label Dogghouse Records and became a known producer on Tha Dogg Pound-affiliated material. During this time he also was a producer for Snoop Doggs track: Riders on the storm Ft The Doors on EA's Need for Speed Underground 2. He has produced tracks from Kurupt's Tha Streetz Iz a Mutha and most of his next release, Space Boogie: Smoke Oddessey; both released during the period the rapper had left Death Row Records. He has also produced for other hip-hop and pop artists such as Eminem, Britney Spears, Ice Cube, Westside Connection, Lil' Kim, Hilary Duff, Xzibit, The Game, Nate Dogg, Everlast, Cypress Hill, 50 Cent, Mobb Deep, as well as non-US acts such as Dizzee Rascal, Tamer Hosny, Qusai Kheder and Karl Wolf.
The Wash (The Original Motion Picture Soundtrack) is the soundtrack to DJ Pooh's 2001 comedy film The Wash. It was released on November 6, 2001 by Aftermath Entertainment, Doggy Style Records, and Interscope Records. Composed of seventeen tracks, the album featured performances from film stars Dr. Dre and Snoop Dogg, among other hip hop and R&B artists, such as Bilal, Bubba Sparxxx, Busta Rhymes, D12, Joe Beast, Knoc-turn'al, LaToiya Williams, Soopafly, Truth Hurts and Xzibit. Production was handled by several record producers, including Bryan-Michael Cox, Focus..., Hi-Tek, James Poyser, Megahertz, Mel-Man, Timbaland and Vikter Duplaix.
Terrorist Threats is the second and final studio album by American West Coast hip hop supergroup Westside Connection. It was released on December 9, 2003 through Hoo-Bangin' Records and Capitol Records. Production was handled by Young Tre, Bruce Waynne, Dirty Swift, Pockets, Rashad Coes, Big Tank, Damizza, DJ Jamal, Fredwreck, Megahertz, Neff-U, and Sir Jinx, with Ice Cube and Mack 10 serving as executive producers. It has since sold 679,000 records in the US and has been certified Gold by the RIAA on January 12, 2004.
