Athletics
La Salle's team colours are black and gold. Their athletic teams are all known as the "Black Knights". The school competes in many sports including cross-country, soccer, hockey, rugby, football, basketball, cheerleading, curling, field hockey, badminton, skiing, skateboarding, and tennis. La Salle Secondary School is a AA-level school, a designation determined by enrollment levels. This creates a disadvantage in athletics; however their senior girls' basketball team won KASSAA in 2007 and 2008, and won the EOSSAA AA championship in 2008–2013.
Their Senior boys' rugby team has also been very competitive, winning KASSAA, going undefeated for three straight seasons in 1999, 2000, 2001 also in 2013, also winning back to back years in 2007 and 2008, and winning AA EOSSAA in 2006, 2007, and 2008. The Senior boys' football team has been the Kingston AA representative in provincials for the past couple of years, with their best finish coming in 2008 in the EOSSAA final, before losing to a strong Gananoque Trojan team. The sir team in the 2010s found great success in the second half with a 2016 kassaa championship win over the frontenac falcons and they followed that up with AA EOSSAA championship and a AA ofsaa national capital bowl championship. The Jr Football team had quite a run in 2011 as the league switched to AA/AAA format meaning the AA football teams have their own Championship which the JR Black Knights won becoming the first KASSAA AA jr football champions. They ended up in the EOSSAA final where they lost to the defspe crer was hereending AA OFSAA champion St Mary's Crusaders 16 - 9. In 2014 the jr black knights won Eossaa and the Aa national capital bowl.
The LaSalle Black Knights play all of their home Football games on Berk Brean Field. Named after former head coach Berkeley Brean, who coached Football and Rugby at the school in the 1980s and 1990s.
Markham District High School is a public high school in the city of Markham, Ontario, Canada. It is one of 32 high schools in the York Region District School Board. Until the 2016–17 academic year, it was the only publicly funded school within York Region which had a non-semestered system. In the 2016–17 academic year, the school switched to a semestered system.

Saunders Secondary School is located at 941 Viscount Road in the Westmount suburb of London, Ontario, Canada. It is named after William Saunders. William Saunders was a Canadian pioneer and an authority on agriculture and horticulture. Grades offered are 9–12. Saunders' school colours are red and gold and its mascot is a sabre-tooth tiger. Saunders Secondary School is the largest high school in the Thames Valley District School Board with close to 2000 students and 120 teachers. As of 2008, Saunders is also the site of new credit summer school for the TVDSB.

Glendale High School is the senior public high school in Tillsonburg, Ontario, Canada, and was founded in 1959. It is a fully composite school community offering courses for students in grades 9 through 12, along with sports, clubs and special events. Students within its attendance boundaries live in Tillsonburg, Otterville, Straffordville, Springford, Brownsville, and Courtland. Its mascot is the Griffon and its colours are black, gold, white, and green. Its staff consists of 54 classroom teachers supported by a teacher librarian, nurse, special education teachers and guidance counselors. The school shows strong academics with a strong staff across all departments. As of 2011 the school had an enrollment of 876. The school underwent renovations in 2010 and saw the addition of a new west wing which consisted of a new gymnasium and greenhouse, along with new Science, History, Geography, Law, Horticulture, Dance and French classrooms. The school went underway with another renovation in 2012 with the addition of a weight room.

It has about 1,050 students, and teaches about half of the students in LaSalle, along with St. Thomas of Villanova Catholic Secondary School. It was named after the former town of Sandwich, which used to encompass the western shores of Windsor, as well as LaSalle.

Notre Dame College School is a Catholic high school in Welland, Ontario, Canada with classes ranging from Grade 9 to Grade 12. The school was founded by the Holy Cross Fathers, a group of Roman Catholic priests who also founded the University of Notre Dame. In the early years of the establishment, tuition was levied to students attending the school; however, the institution is now completely publicly funded. Notre Dame is currently the largest secondary school in the Niagara Region, with 1243 students. All NCDSB elementary schools in the Welland and Pelham areas are considered to be feeder schools to Notre Dame.

A. N. Myer Secondary School is a public high school located in Niagara Falls, Ontario, Canada. It is located on O'Neil Street and is part of the District School Board of Niagara. As of the 2019–2020 school year, 1213 students were enrolled. A. N. Myer was one of the first schools in the Niagara Region to receive an astroturf field. It is the only high school in the city of Niagara Falls to offer the French immersion program.
