Lalita Yauhleuskaya (born 31 December 1963 in Sokol, Russia) is a professional sporting shooter who won a bronze medal at the 2000 Summer Olympics in Sydney representing Belarus and currently represents Australia in international competition. [1]

Yauhleuskaya began competitive shooting at age 13. In 1986, representing the Soviet Union, she finished 5th in the women's 10 metre air pistol at the ISSF World Shooting Championships in Suhl, Germany. Ten years later she was selected in the Belarusian team for the Atlanta Olympics where she placed 8th in the 10m air pistol. Four years later she picked up her bronze medal in the women's 25 metre pistol at the Sydney Olympics. She became an Australian citizen after the Sydney Olympics and represented her new country in Athens and Beijing. She was also selected for the Australian team for the 2012 Summer Olympics in London, finishing in 40th in the women's 10 m air pistol [2] and 17th in the women's 25 m pistol. [3] In 2014 Commonwealth Games, she clinched Bronze Medal in women’s 25-metre pistol event. [4]

Shooting success runs in the family. Lalita’s son; Sergei Evglevski represents Australia and is very successful in his own right. He is currently competing at the Tokyo 2020 Olympics.

She is the first woman to win a gold medal in shooting at the Asian Games for India – she won the gold at the 2018 Jakarta Palembang Asian Games in the women's 25 metre pistol event. She won two gold medals in 2010 Commonwealth Games in New Delhi, the first of the two golds in coming in the 25 metre pistol pair event with Anisa Sayyed. She had previously won gold in the 25 metre pistol event at the 2008 Youth Commonwealth Games, which were held in India.

Hayley Chapman is an Australian sport shooter representing Australia at the 2012 Summer Olympics in shooting in the 25m pistol event where she placed 34th out of 39.

At the 2016 Summer Olympics she won the bronze medal in the 25 metre pistol and was 35th in the 10 metre air pistol.

Yuliya Nikolayevna Alipova is a Belarusian-born Russian sport shooter. She is a four-time Olympian and a two-time medalist for the 10 and 25 m pistol events at the 1995 ISSF World Cup in Seoul, South Korea. Alipava is also the wife of Alexey Alipov, who won the gold medal in men's trap shooting at the 2004 Summer Olympics in Athens, Greece.

Michiko Hasegawa-Fukushima is a Japanese sport shooter. Fukushima had won a total of nine medals for both air and sport pistol at the ISSF World Cup series. She also captured two medals in the same events at the 1986 Asian Games in Seoul, South Korea.

Cornelia Frölich is a Swiss sport shooter. At age forty, Frolich made her official debut for the 2004 Summer Olympics in Athens, where she placed seventh in the 10 m air pistol, and thirty-fourth in the 25 m pistol, accumulating scores of 481.5 and 381 points, respectively.
