The 2015 Las Vegas mayoral election took place on April 7, 2015, to elect the Mayor of Las Vegas, Nevada. The election was held concurrently with various other local elections, and is officially nonpartisan.

Las Vegas, officially the City of Las Vegas and often known simply as Vegas, is the 28th-most populated city in the United States, the most populated city in the state of Nevada, and the county seat of Clark County. The city anchors the Las Vegas Valley metropolitan area and is the largest city within the greater Mojave Desert. Las Vegas is an internationally renowned major resort city, known primarily for its gambling, shopping, fine dining, entertainment, and nightlife. The Las Vegas Valley as a whole serves as the leading financial, commercial, and cultural center for Nevada.

Nearly three-quarters of Nevada's people live in Clark County, which contains the Las Vegas–Paradise metropolitan area where three of the state's four largest incorporated cities are located. Nevada's capital, however, is Carson City.

Carolyn Goldmark Goodman is an American politician. She has been the mayor of Las Vegas, Nevada since 2011. She is the wife of former mayor and attorney Oscar Goodman, and the second female mayor of Las Vegas, after Jan Laverty Jones.

Had no candidate received a majority of the vote in the first round, a runoff election would have been held on June 2.
