Lance Dwight Alworth, nicknamed “Bambi”, is an American former professional football player who was a wide receiver for the San Diego Chargers of the American Football League (AFL) and National Football League (NFL) and Dallas Cowboys of the NFL. Often considered one of the greatest wide receivers of all time, he played for 11 seasons, from 1962 through 1972, and was elected to the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 1978. He was the first player inducted whose playing career was principally in the AFL. Alworth is also a member of the College Football Hall of Fame.
Charles B. Joiner Jr. is an American former professional football player who was a wide receiver in the American Football League (AFL) and National Football League (NFL) for 18 seasons. He played 11 seasons with the San Diego Chargers, with whom he earned all three of his Pro Bowl selections, and was named first-team All-Pro in 1980. He was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 1996.

Chris Palmer is an American former football coach and college athletics administrator. Palmer served as the head coach for Cleveland Browns of the National Football League (NFL) from 1999 to 2000 and in the same capacity with the Hartford Colonials of the United Football League (UFL) in 2010. He was the head football coach at the University of New Haven from 1986 to 1987 and at Boston University from 1988 to 1989. Palmer has also served as an assistant coach with the Dallas Cowboys, Houston Texans, Jacksonville Jaguars, New England Patriots, New York Giants, San Francisco 49ers, Houston Oilers, Tennessee Titans and the Buffalo Bills of the NFL. He later returned to the University of New Haven and served as the athletic director from 2018 to 2019.
Brethren Christian was a private Christian middle school and high school located in Huntington Beach, California. It was situated on a 15-acre (61,000 m2) site leased from the Huntington Beach City School District, formerly the site of Gisler Middle School. The school was independently operated and controlled by a board of directors. Due to financial troubles, the school eventually dropped its middle school and relocated to the campus of Grace Lutheran Church. The school permanently closed in 2020 following a large deficit and a 64% drop in enrollment.
Wesley Sandy Chandler is an American former professional football player who was a wide receiver in the National Football League (NFL) for eleven seasons during the 1970s and 1980s. He was selected to the Pro Bowl four times, and ranked twelfth in NFL history in receiving yards and thirteenth in receptions when he retired. Chandler is a member of the Chargers Hall of Fame. He played college football for the Florida Gators and was also inducted into the College Football Hall of Fame in 2015.
Eric Samuel Parker is a former American football wide receiver in the National Football League. He was signed by the Houston Texans as an undrafted free agent in 2002. He played college football at Tennessee.
Mark Edward Seay is a former professional American football wide receiver in the National Football League for the San Francisco 49ers, San Diego Chargers and Philadelphia Eagles. He played college football at Long Beach State University. Seay has the distinction of being the first NFL player to score a two-point conversion in Super Bowl history.

Andre Clintonian Coleman is an American football coach and former player. He played professionally for five seasons as a wide receiver in the National Football League (NFL) with the San Diego Chargers, the Pittsburgh Steelers, and the Seattle Seahawks. He was drafted by the Chargers in the third round of the 1994 NFL Draft. Coleman attended Hickory High School in Hermitage, Pennsylvania, playing on the AAA state championship team. He played College football at Kansas State University.

Brandon Anthony Middleton is a former American football wide receiver and currently is the offensive coordinator at Royal High School in Brookshire, Texas. Middleton was signed by the Dallas Cowboys as an undrafted free agent in 2004. After playing college football at Houston, Middleton played five seasons in the National Football League, including the final two with the Detroit Lions. His top game in "Motown" came on Dec. 16, 2007, at San Diego when Middleton made four grabs for 32 yards and a nine-yard touchdown reception.
Philip P. McGeoghan is an American football coach who was most recently the assistant head coach and wide receivers coach for the Colorado Buffaloes. He is the former wide receivers coach of the Los Angeles Chargers of the National Football League (NFL). He is a former football player who played four seasons as a wide receiver for the New York Jets, Oakland Raiders, Denver Broncos and New Orleans Saints of the NFL from 2001 to 2004. After injury ended his playing career, McGeoghan became a coach, first at his alma mater, the University of Maine, then as offensive coordinator at the Naval Academy Prep School.
Michael Eric Johnson is an American football coach and former quarterback, and current wide receivers coach for Syracuse. He was the interim head coach for the UCLA Bruins football team after serving as their offensive coordinator. Previously, he spent two years with the San Francisco 49ers of the National Football League. Johnson was hired along with former offensive coordinator Jimmy Raye by San Francisco head coach Mike Singletary on February 6, 2009. Raye was fired on September 27, 2010 and Johnson was promoted. Beginning in 2014 he served for three seasons as head coach of The King's Academy Knights in Sunnyvale, California, before being hired as wide receiver coach by the University of Oregon in 2017.
Jonathan Himebauch is an American football coach and former offensive lineman who is the offensive line coach and co-special teams coordinator for the Arlington Renegades of the XFL. He played college football at USC from 1993 to 1998 and played over parts of five years with various teams in different leagues.
